Senior Backend Developer

Rackspace are seeking to hire a talented and skilled Senior Backend Developer to build robust Django/DRF services and APIs for CMP, with clean domain models, secure operations, and tight orchestration integration

Key Responsibilities

• Design REST/GraphQL endpoints, serializers, permissions, and pagination. 
• Implement domain logic, idempotent operations, audit logging, rate limiting. 
• Integrate with Airflow (events/callbacks/webhooks) and authN/Z (OIDC/JWT). 

Required Skills

• Python, Django/DRF, Postgres/Redis; API-first development and testing (pytest). 
• SSDLC/OWASP, schema design, performance profiling/caching. 
• Private cloud integration (IaaS/PaaS/DBaaS), multi-tenant isolation. 
• PostgreSQL primary development; MS SQL interop and data exchange.

• Python, Django/DRF, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Redis, Celery (optional), pytest
