This role is perfect for someone who wants impact—real, measurable, enterprise‑level impact.
Day to Day You Will:
- Lead and deliver engagements across credit risk modelling, regulatory transformation, and enterprise‑scale change programs.
- Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into pragmatic, commercially‑aligned modelling and operating model solutions.

- Orchestrate multi‑disciplinary, cross‑regional teams to deliver risk and regulatory transformation initiatives across Global Markets and other business lines.
- Partner with legal, finance, technology, and risk leaders to design and embed operating model enhancements, product governance improvements, and trade risk frameworks.
- Direct development and validation of credit risk models, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and strategic business priorities.
- Oversee program governance frameworks, ensuring accountability, clarity, and effective decision‑making across complex transformation programs.
- Draft scopes of work, reports, and executive‑level deliverables that communicate clear insights and practical recommendations.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development, proposal writing, and opportunity shaping.
About You:
- 10+ years of experience delivering large‑scale enterprise transformations, regulatory change programs, and risk management uplift across major financial institutions.
- A proven ability to advise C‑suite and Board‑level stakeholders, shaping strategic programs and guiding executive decision‑making.
- Demonstrated success leading globally distributed teams and multi‑disciplinary workstreams in both business-as-usual and transformation contexts.
- Strong understanding of credit risk modelling, regulatory frameworks, model risk management, and the broader financial services regulatory landscape.
- Expertise in designing and embedding program governance structures, operating model enhancements, and cross‑functional regulatory solutions.
- Technical familiarity with modelling and regulatory technology platforms (SAS, Python, R, SQL, model lifecycle tools, automation platforms).
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
- A tertiary qualification in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Engineering, or another quantitative field (CFA/FRM desirable).
