As a Partner Account Manager at Acronis, you will play a critical role in building, managing, and expanding our relationships with existing and new service provider partners. You will work closely with sales managers and leaders within our partner organizations to drive revenue growth, expand Acronis' market share, and increase customer adoption. WHAT YOU'LL DO

<li>Partner Relationship Management: Establish, manage, and grow relationships with existing and new service provider partners.</li>
<li>Revenue Growth: Drive incremental Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through proactive management of sales initiatives with partners.</li>
<li>Training &amp; Onboarding: Facilitate training, onboarding, and enablement for new and prospective service provider partners to ensure they are fully equipped to succeed.</li>
<li>Forecasting &amp; Reporting: Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual partner forecasts and business activity reports to Acronis sales leadership.</li>
<li>Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns in collaboration with service provider partners to drive product adoption.</li>
<li>Business Planning: Align closely with managed partners through the development and execution of comprehensive business plans.</li>
<li>Data Management: Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, including Acronis Partner Passport, to maintain accurate records of partner activities and engagement.</li>
<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across Acronis teams, including Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Acronis Academy, and executives, to ensure smooth collaboration and support for partners.</li>
<li>Certifications: Ensure partners maintain all relevant sales and technical certifications.</li>
<li>Sales Expansion: Support service providers in selling Acronis Cyber Protection services to their existing customer base, driving product adoption and customer success.</li>

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in recruiting and managing service provider partners, with a focus on backup, disaster recovery, security, or related cloud technologies.</li>
<li>Proven track record in achieving revenue targets of $1.5M+ annually.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in sales/account management, with a demonstrated history of success.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.</li>
<li>Strong experience in software sales, particularly in infrastructure/systems software or storage software.</li>
<li>Must have the technical knowledge to provide sales and product training on Acronis solutions based on client needs and product positioning.</li>
<li>Ability to develop, implement, and manage an annual business plan for service provider partners.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral) and strong presentation abilities.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with excellent planning and follow-up skills.</li>

THE ROLE: We are seeking an experienced Incident Commander to join the Global Live Operations team. We are seeking a highly skilled and technology-focused leader to drive the evolution of the DAZN Critical Incidents Technical Response Group handling all incident types.  You will be responsible for Incident Management and will be the key decision-maker and authority to direct the Problem resolution path for fastest restoration to any service.  You are responsible for managing the restoration of an impacted service affected by real or potential interruptions which may have an impact upon the quality or availability of that service.
