Job Opportunity : International Accountant : UK Shift

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented International Accrual Accountant to join our dynamic team. Position Overview: As an International Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our finance department, responsible for accurately managing international accruals and ensuring compliance with accounting standards across various regions. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.Key Responsibilities:Manage and reconcile international accruals for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies in accruals.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to accruals for internal and external stakeholders.Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support auditors during the audit process.Continuously monitor and improve accrual processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Stay updated on international accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance in all accrual activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.Strong understanding of accrual accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex spreadsheets and perform data analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a high level of attention to detail.Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new processes and technologies.Willingness to work in a shift schedule from 1pm to 9pm as required.Preferred Qualifications:Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus.Experience working with international clients or in a multinational corporation.Familiarity with accounting software such as Oracle, SAPBenefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Flexible work arrangements.If you meet the qualifications and are looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global organization, we encourage you to apply for the International Accrual Accountant position at Rackspace
