We are looking for a Partner Marketing Development Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.
The Partner Marketing Development Manager will help establish Acronis as the preferred cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery vendor within the regional partner ecosystem. Will work closely with global and regional marketing resources to adapt campaigns to the local needs of partners, and execute regional lead generation campaigns to support the partner ecosystem, grow Acronis revenue, and help increase product adoption.
 WHAT YOU'LL DO  
<ul>
<li>Help establish Acronis as the preferred cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery vendor within the regional partner ecosystem.</li>
<li>Work closely with global and regional marketing resources to adapt campaigns to the local needs of partners.</li>
<li>Work closely with regional sales leadership and partner account managers to support partner marketing needs and partner growth in alignment with sales goals.</li>
<li>Execute regional lead generation campaigns to support the partner ecosystem, grow Acronis revenue, and help increase product adoption.</li>
<li>Support global and regional partner communications to efficiently broadcast key Acronis messaging.</li>
<li>Develop new channel marketing strategies to generate revenue, including nurture campaigns, webinars, tradeshows, lead-generating campaigns, email blasts, events, contests, incentives, and more.</li>
<li>Support key regional marketing initiatives by providing reporting, logistics, and operational support, including Marketing Development Funds, Purchase Orders, and marketing collateral localization/translation</li>

 WHAT YOU BRING   
<ul>
<li>5 years of relevant working experience. Preferred in B2B IT marketing area and in developing marketing strategies &amp; partners GTM.</li>
<li>Ability to successfully work a hybrid/remote role.</li>
<li>Must be a confident communicator and presenter.</li>
<li>Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational abilities, proactive, reliable, detail oriented, strong multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities in a high frequency environment.</li>
<li>Excellent time-management and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel to partner events and regional sales meetings</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in both English and Spanish. Portuguese is a bonus.</li>

We are looking for an experienced Expert Support Engineer to join our Americas Customer Support team and become one of our ultimate experts on resolving complex and challenging incidents related to our products and services. The Expert Support Engineer will serve as the last line of support for our Home Office customers and will focus on troubleshooting the more complex issues escalated by other support teams. This position offers an opportunity to become an expert engineer in troubleshooting Acronis' world-class cyber protection solution, Acronis Cyber Protect. We expect all of our Expert Support Engineer's to deliver excellence in both technical expertise and customer service. They will also work closely with other internal teams to ensure Acronis is delivering the best products and services possible.

<li>Troubleshoot and resolve various technical incidents for Acronis' corporate customers and partners across various software, networking, and hardware environments</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners</li>
<li>Interact with the Engineering (Development, QA, Data Center Operations, etc.) and Business (Professional Services, Product Management, etc.) departments to efficiently resolve complex technical customer issues</li>
<li>Play your part in training and mentoring junior team members by sharing technical expertise and best communication practices</li>
<li>Participate in developing documentation, knowledge base, and technical articles on Acronis' products</li>
<li>Maintain deep knowledge of Acronis' operations and products to support customer requests in the best possible way</li>
<li>Stay up to date on the latest changes, trends, and technological advancements in the industry (Cloud, Storage, Virtualization, Business Applications, etc.)</li>

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS) 
<ul>
<li>Fluent English both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in a L2-L3 technical support or system administrator role</li>
<li>Good technical expertise in:
<ul>
<li>Windows Server - analyzing various Windows and application logs (experience with troubleshooting tools like Procmon and Process Explorer is a plus)</li>
<li>Networking - packet, performance, routing, connectivity analysis, and troubleshooting skills (experience with network tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, and iperf is a plus)</li>

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)

<li>2 or more years of work experience in a similar role (preferably in Hosting tech support or Managed Service Provider business)</li>
<li>Hands-on experience administering Windows Server (know how to gather and analyze various Windows logs and dumps)</li>
<li>Experience with Business applications (MS Exchange, MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, Citrix XenApp, NTP servers) – as a strong plus</li>
<li>Knowledge of Linux/UNIX basics, CLI – as a strong plus</li>
<li>Awareness of the modern Virtualization technologies (experience deploying and managing virtual machines on VMware ESXi / Microsoft Hyper-V clusters) – as a strong plus.</li>
<li>Passion for troubleshooting, ability to come up with efficient solutions for complex cross-platform issues.</li>
<li>Good communication skills and customer focus, ability to prioritize and switch between a variety of time-sensitive issues</li>
