We are looking for an experienced Expert Support Engineer to join our Americas Customer Support team and become one of our ultimate experts on resolving complex and challenging incidents related to our products and services. The Expert Support Engineer will serve as the last line of support for our Home Office customers and will focus on troubleshooting the more complex issues escalated by other support teams. This position offers an opportunity to become an expert engineer in troubleshooting Acronis' world-class cyber protection solution, Acronis Cyber Protect. We expect all of our Expert Support Engineer's to deliver excellence in both technical expertise and customer service. Expert Support Engineer - Home Cloud Products

The Distribution Account Manager position is responsible for managing the strategic relationships and driving our revenue and demand generation activity with our distribution partners. The Account Manager will work in close collaboration with the category and sales managers with the specific objective of increasing Acronis’ revenue, customer base and market share within that partner’s business. The Distribution Account Manager role is ideal for a top seller with strong strategic and tactical sales management skills. It requires a sales lead who can balance short-term sales activities with long-term strategic initiatives. The impact of decisions and actions taken locally may be felt globally due to the scale of Acronis’ largest partners.

<li>Facilitate and manage customer evaluations, and proof of concept activities for Acronis’ solutions. Perform technical issues troubleshooting, and drive issue resolution during the pre-sale process.</li>
