In this role you will be a Single Point of Contact for Acronis partners and end customers, driving and advocating initiatives that deliver higher stability, better partner/customer satisfaction, all while driving Monthly Recurring Revenue goals. WHAT YOU'LL DO
<ul>
<li>Develop responses to RFIs and RFPs, technical &amp; commercial proposals to prospective customers’ requirements.</li>
<li>Develop PSA and SOW in collaboration with Sales and Legal teams.</li>
<li>Develop project plan in scope of implementation, consulting and integration projects with end customers, manage project work.</li>
<li>Work with Datacenter Operations, R&amp;D, Support, and other departments to clear technical roadblocks customer faces at implementation and post implementation stages.</li>
<li>Build and maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the entire Acronis product line, provide consultations to customer engaging experts from other Acronis teams as required.</li>
<li>Review customer’s implementation and integration plans and make recommendations in line with best practices.</li>
<li>Present new product functionality, engage customer in evaluation of new product releases.</li>
<li>Keep track of customer run rates, develop remediation plan in case of negative dynamics.</li>
<li>Work with R&amp;D, Datacenter Operations, Support, Product, and other departments prioritizing and keeping track of customer’s incidents and feature requests.</li>
<li>Update customer on regular basis about progress of work on support cases, incidents, and features request.</li>
<li>Manage process escalations, develop Acronis internal and customer facing executive summaries, develop root cause analysis reports.</li>
<li>Provide feedback to Acronis Product Management teams based on customer requirements;</li>
<li>Conduct quarterly review meeting providing update on run rates, key projects, and planned activities for the next period.</li>
<li>Manage internal organization development projects, ensure consistent execution and reporting.</li>
</ul>
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)
<ul>
<li>3+ years of technical hands-on experience in 3 or more of the following areas – SaaS, IaaS, storages, hypervisors, backup, disaster recovery, RestAPI, IP network design/administration, DC/infrastructure design/operations, DBs administration, Python scripting, dashboards/reports, server administration.</li>
<li>3+ years in Project Manager or Technical Account Manager role in a software or systems integration company.</li>
<li>Security certification: CISSP, CompTIA Security+, etc.</li>
<li>Excellent communications, interpersonal, and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Excellent business analysis, project, risk, and relationship management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to interact and communicate with multiple stakeholders, including C-level.</li>
<li>Fluent written and spoken English language.</li>
</ul>

Senior Professional Services Specialist

Acronis is revolutionizing cyber protection—providing natively integrated, all-in-one solutions that monitor, control, and protect the data that businesses and lives depend on. We are looking for a Nurture Partner Success Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment. 
As the Nurture Partner Success Manager you will bring experience in Account Management and have a passion for Data Protection and Cyber Security. You will work as part of the Inside Sales Channel Management organization and aligned with a portfolio of service providers utilizing Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud. This position is focused on driving consumption, engagement and preventing churn of the Acronis Service Providers in the assigned region.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

<li>Drive quarter over quarter cloud revenue growth working through assigned partners</li>
<li>Make a territory analysis and planning for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners</li>
<li>Perform account planning with all managed partners with level of certain details depending on partner’s engagement, loyalty and responsiveness</li>
<li>Train new and existing partners with existing and new products</li>
<li>Guide every partner through onboarding and enablement stage equipping with all needed knowledge, resources and tools</li>
<li>Guide partners to adopt Acronis Automation and Security tooling to increase their operational efficiency</li>
<li>Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services to existing customer base of the partner, attract new customers to partner and help to retain existing customer to partner</li>
<li>Drive partner’s satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the entire partner lifecycle</li>
<li>Drive successful upsell/cross sell initiatives with partner to increase new services attach rate</li>
<li>Put maximum efforts to avoid churn and retain a partner</li>
<li>Engage and orchestrate all needed internal resources to help dedicated partners’ growth</li>
<li>Profile every managed partner on vendors and tools they sell/use putting all information into Partner Passport. Every CSP Passport should have not less than 80% fields filled out</li>
<li>Know partner’s lifecycle management and be able to lead a partner along it through a set of regular activities focused on educating, evangelizing, making committed</li>
<li>Maintain a regularity/frequency of contact with every partner depending on priority</li>

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)

<li>Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the MSP channel software industry on similar positions such as channel sales, partner account management or channel development—experience in equivalent role highly desired</li>
<li>Proven experience in a Cyber Security company demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols</li>
<li>Experience in selling Professional Service Automation (PSA) or Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software services</li>
<li>In-depth channel and field sales knowledge with an understanding of the cloud market business model</li>
<li>Strong presentational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate the product’s different features and answer all customer questions</li>
