The Cloud Partner Success Manager will bring their experience in both the cybersecurity industry and software sales to drive growth in Cloud revenue. WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)

<li>5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry (Channel sales\ Partner account manager \ Channel development position within a software vendor)</li>
<li>Cybersecurity experience </li>
<li>In-depth channel and field sales experience with an understanding of the cloud market business model</li>

The Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for improving global internal communications, which includes employee communications, executive communications, town hall internal training, and diversity initiatives. The goal of this role is to engage employees and deliver consistent internal messaging about company performance and strategy. The Internal Communications Specialist will report directly to the Senior Communication Specialist.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

<li>Internal Communications Content: Plan, edit, and write internal company communications across email, intranet, and Teams platforms.</li>
<li>Department Internal Communications: Develop internal assets and communications materials for key stakeholders in multiple different departments within the organization, including HR, Marketing, and Sales teams.</li>
<li>Executive Communications Support: Support the executive team with internal communications related to Townhalls, internal events, presentations, and email updates.</li>
<li>Content: Work frequently with written and visual content to ensure company strategic goals are communicated effectively. Including: Editing written content submitted by other departments, editing scripts for video content, and providing briefing materials to executives.</li>
<li>Townhalls: Lead content and execution of quarterly Global Townhall and region-based Q&amp;A sessions with local teams.</li>
<li>Engagement Activities: Provide content and support planning of employee engagement activities including Acronis #CyberDiversity.</li>
<li>Internal Events: Lead internal events initiatives, including virtual manager training and team-building activities.</li>
<li>Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with the Social Media and Internal Communications manager and senior managers.</li>

<li>Collaborate with the creative team of designers.</li>
<li>Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly, with a readiness to explore opportunities for communication improvements.</li>

WHAT YOU BRING
Key skills:
<ul>
<li>Writing skills: You need excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from employees.</li>
<li>Creative skills: You need the creative ability to devise communication strategies.</li>
<li>Digital skills: Familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication, is essential.</li>
<li>Interpersonal skills: You need good interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to collaborate across departments, particularly Marketing, Sales, and HR teams.</li>
<li>Presentation skills: You need a good knowledge of quality presentation design and the ability to update presentations quickly.</li>
<li>Skills with the Figma platform are a bonus, but not required.</li>

Relevant experience:

Internal Communications Specialist

As a Sales Engineer, your key priority will be to work closely with the Sales Team to execute technical pre-sales and post-sales activities that will advance all aspects of the sales cycle. WHAT YOU'LL DO

<li>Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Acronis products and services as well as the competitive landscape. Maintain knowledge on major industry developments and be capable of handling customer inquiries on these matters.</li>
<li>Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within prospective accounts with a significant focus placed on continuous discovery, gap analysis and new opportunity development.</li>
<li>Analyze prospective partner and customer technical and business requirements including go to market strategy, security, audit, retention, and other policies associated with protection or transfer of the data.</li>

<li>Facilitate and manage customer evaluations, and proof of concept activities for Acronis’ solutions. Perform technical issues troubleshooting, and drive issue resolution during the pre-sale process.</li>

Expert Support Engineer - Cyber Protection

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to own our organic social media and influencer marketing efforts for global Acronis. In this role, you will help with advancing our strategy, engagement, growth, testing, and optimization. You will be responsible for representing our brand and building strong online communities, liaising with various team members inside and outside of the marketing function, providing regular reporting to senior leaders, and helping to translate social media activities into tangible business results by expanding our voice and reach.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring that social media serves as a catalyst for our ambitious growth plans, Acronis 10+ Cyber Protection Products, across our global profiles. You will be capable of managing internal stakeholders, setting expectations, and educating peers, as well as both developing strategies and rolling up your sleeves to implement them. This role is a member of the Digital Marketing Team, reporting to the Manager of Digital Media. You will be expected to have an excellent understanding of current best practices, as well as where the social media marketing industry is headed. You should be a persuasive communicator, evangelizing the value of Social Media amongst internal stakeholders, and helping regional teams understand the opportunities their local accounts provide.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

<li>Translate business efforts and focuses to create a robust strategy for Acronis global accounts, including balancing multiple priorities across different internal teams</li>
<li>Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing</li>
<li>Advise local regional marketing team members on social media best practices by platform as needed</li>
<li>Ability to conduct in-depth content audits and analyze Acronis Social Media performance, identify issues, find root causes, and experiment with solutions to improve performance at scale. Communicate Social Media performance and initiative status to stakeholders in weekly business reporting.</li>
<li>Manage critical cross-functional relationships with developers, product marketing, performance marketers, content marketing, designers, SEOs, public relations, communications, and other teams in multiple regions to ensure alignment in global business messaging and branding</li>
<li>Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive social media marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.</li>
<li>Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews.</li>
<li>Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.</li>
<li>Work with the Digital Media Team to grow our efforts and mature our current strategy in alignment with our business goals and direction</li>
<li>Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to appropriate management.</li>
<li>Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, and social advertising campaigns</li>
<li>Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results</li>
<li>Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed</li>
<li>Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)</li>
<li>Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (ie: employee training, recognition, and rewards for participation in the company’s marketing and online review building).</li>

WHAT YOU BRING
<ul>
<li>5+ years of social media strategy, post-development, and customer service across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and YouTube.</li>
<li>5+ years experience working in a technical, B2B environment</li>
<li>Comfort managing creative resources to develop content in support of social media strategies</li>
<li>Good understanding of social media KPIs beyond simple in platform engagement metrics</li>
<li>Strong reporting skills and metric-minded behavior</li>
<li>History of developing organic and paid social strategies that lead to strong follower and engagement growth across all platforms</li>
<li>Fluent in both verbal and written English</li>
<li>Experience with social community management and/or public relations preferred</li>
