We are looking for an experienced and driven Manual QA Engineer to join our Acronis Cyber Backup team, which is responsible for the flagship product of Acronis. The QA Engineer will be responsible for manual testing scenarios. This involves working collaboratively with all teams including R&amp;D departments based in other offices.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
<ul>
<li>Execute test cases per the requirements for Windows\Linux</li>
<li>Investigate issues with k8s cluster, virtualization clusters</li>
<li>Design test cases for new features and maintain core checklists</li>
<li>Prepare test environment</li>
<li>Submit and validate defects</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with other members of the product team</li>
</ul>
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)  
<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience as Quality Assurance working on software</li>
<li>Experience in: Postman, Fiddler, Jenkins, Jira, Test rail</li>
<li>Experience with k8s services, understanding of virtualization systems</li>
<li>Experience with simple Bash/Python scripts to automate console routine</li>
<li>Familiar with testing desktop, Web</li>
<li>Good knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases</li>
<li>Self-motivated to explore new technologies, applications and environments</li>
<li>Good interpersonal, written communication skills in English</li>

Senior Manual QA (Cloud-Cloud Team)

We are looking for skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer C++ who, along with our excellent and modern software development team, will work on our flagship company’s product – Acronis Backup.You will be responsible for improvements of the system managing machines backup and recovery.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
<ul>
<li>Develop high-quality and high-efficient backup-related features for Windows/Linux/MacOS platforms and for Cloud environments.</li>
<li>Analyze performance bottlenecks in microservices environment</li>
<li>Investigate issues occurring in datacenters</li>
<li>Create estimates of effort and delivery plans for the next releases of product</li>
</ul>
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)  
<ul>
<li>3+ years of professional experience in programming with C++</li>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields or equivalent experience, Master’s Degree preferred</li>
<li>Demonstrable expertise in develop, debugging, testing applications using С++11</li>
<li>Experience with multi-threading, networking, web-services</li>
<li>Experience with build and deployment technologies and CI systems (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Jira etc)</li>

In this role you will be acting as liaison between the customers (Service Providers Partners) and internal Acronis resources. On a daily basis you will be dealing with various software related technical questions, via phone, email and chat, delivering best in class client experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

<li>Provide technical support, configuration and troubleshooting of software-related inquiries via email, phone and chat for customers and MSPs.</li>
<li>Perform technical analysis of customer problem and define plan for resolving it</li>
<li>Be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners</li>
<li>Interact daily with other engineers to provide technical action plans or take ownership of cases that require escalation</li>
<li>Work closely with the Expert team to answer Customers’ technical questions (act as liaison between the customer and internal Acronis resources)</li>
<li>Meet and exceed KPIs set for your role (customer satisfaction, productivity, interaction quality and others)</li>
<li>Ensure that all relevant communication, documents, and files related to the case are accurately recorded in the support system</li>

WHAT YOU BRING

<li>Fluent French and English (both oral and written, Upper Intermediate as a minimum)</li>
<li>1 or more years of work experience in a similar role (preferably in Hosting tech support or Managed Service Provider business)</li>
<li>Knowledge of Windows Server administration basics (know how to gather and analyze various Windows logs and dumps)</li>
<li>Ability to convey technical information effectively</li>
<li>Ability to analyze technical issues</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service approach and Excellent analytical skills</li>

Cloud Software Support Engineer (German Language)

Acronis brings advanced cyber protection solutions for MSPs. As a QA Engineer at the Cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for tests execution (E2E, Component, Acceptance, Regression) and optionally developing automated tests. You will work with Architects, Developers, Cybersecurity Analysts to ensure high quality of all components.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
<ul>
<li>Communicate with product managers, developers, analysts to understand and analyze business and technical requirements</li>
<li>Design test suites and cases based on requirements</li>
<li>Maintain and update test documentation</li>
<li>Perform various types of manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT</li>
<li>Collect comprehensive and relevant data for bug investigation, work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution</li>
<li>Analyze metrics comming from production to confirm high quality and pro-actively react on new issues</li>
<li>Analyze customers' issues, investigate root causes, participate in technical discussions with RnD teams</li>
</ul>
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)

<li>3+ years of experience as QA Engineer / Support Engineer</li>
<li>Knowledge of Quality Assurance theory: principles, methodologies and techniques</li>
