The Channel Operations Analyst is responsible for the global channel analytics across all geographies and will provide reporting and analysis function essential to Channel Team productivity. This includes business planning analysis, general reporting, sales quotas and Channel KPIs analysis, channel processes optimization. Channel Operations Analyst reports to Channel Operations Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Support Channel Chief, Channel Program Managers and Sales Leaders on business reporting and partners performance analysis.
  • Create and manage sales dashboards, giving visibility to sales and leadership on managed metrics.
  •  Analyze channel KPIs against targets in order to support the evaluation and improvement of the channel performance.
  • Fulfill regular and ad hoc reporting requests by creating timely, accurate and clear reports. Enhance reports on an ongoing basis.
  • Maintain and analyze channel operations governance reports related to partner levels in Acronis Partner Program against qualification criteria.
  • Assist in the preparation of the partner rebates planning process for Global Channel Team.
  • Establish high levels of data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Support the effective implementation of operations processes. Identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify areas for automation, create requirements, drive automation efforts with Cyber Systems Team.
  • Support implementation of sales tools, policies, directions, and guidelines to standardize high quality channel sales processes across the globe.
  • Support the Global Channel Team in cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)  

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Sales/ Channel Operations experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint
  • Good understanding of Statistics - developing and studying methods for collecting, analyzing, interpreting and presenting empirical data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Structured approach, strong analytical skills
  • Familiar with CRM tools and systems, especially SFDC
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity across multi-country/cultural environments
  • Highly positive personality and ready to deal with conflict constructively
  • Comfortable with a hands-on role. Strong communications and cross-functional management skills
  • Bachelor or Master degree (Economics, Business Studies, Computer Science is a plus)
