We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager, ANZ to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.
In this key role, you will be responsible for localizing and executing global marketing strategies to meet the specific needs of the Australia and New Zealand markets. You will be responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives, working closely with distributors, partners, and #TeamUp sports teams to drive brand visibility and engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute cybersecurity marketing programs specifically tailored to the Australia and New Zealand regions, in line with global strategies.
- Lead the planning and execution of events, from initial concept, content, vendor management, to final wrap-up and reporting.
- Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of funds to meet company objectives.
- Oversee the management of the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) program to enquire target ROI and optimize partner collaboration and marketing impact.
- Design and implement partner marketing campaigns that support business growth and strengthen partner relationships.
- Provide the Sales team with targeted marketing strategies and tools to drive revenue generation.
- Collaborate with partners to create co-branded marketing activities that expand their market presence.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, leveraging insights to improve future campaigns.
- Travel up to 50% to engage with Partner Success Managers, Distributor Account Managers, sales leaders, and key partners, while also attending strategic events.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Comprehensive understanding of the Australia and New Zealand markets, as well as familiarity with the Australian Cyber Security Strategy.
- Proven track record in developing and managing B2B marketing campaigns, ideally within the channel marketing space.
- Proven track record of planning and execution of corporate events.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong foundation in the cybersecurity industry.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions, including Sales, Partners, and Global Marketing.
- Experience managing multiple projects and budgets that align with marketing and sales objectives.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
