Job Title:  Project Coordinator Work Location- Gurgaon (DLF Cyber City)Shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PMJOB DESCRIPTION:  We are seeking a Professional Services Project Co-Ordinator to administrate, support and monitor Professional Services projects from initiation through delivery for smaller client engagements.  Serves as liaison between internal and some external technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.  Primary function to delivers results ensuring projects are administered accurately, completed on schedule and within budget. JOB REQUIREMENTS:Key AccountabilitiesGeneralProvide FANATICAL Experience to our Customers and internal Rackers Acts as a single point of contact on engagements, facilitating communications, scheduling meetings and tracking activity as required for Professional Services ProjectsServes as liaison between clients and Rackspace technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all dependencies and requirements are gathered and targets are met. Documents and routes problems and escalations for rapid resolution by Rackspace engagement ownersRemote management of Client Engagements and Projects is expectedProject ManagementResponsible for scheduling, monitoring and execution of Professional Services customer engagements and projects throughout the delivery cycle, ensuring they remain within the contracted scope, on schedule, within budget, cost and quality tolerances.Monitors the delivery of project deliverables & outcomes from inside and external to Rackspace (including third parties) and tracks progress of same through continuous communication with project team members, especially including, but not limited to: TimesheetsProject ReportsPPM Tool (Financial Force) Responsible for the preparation of applicable project documents and other key deliverables through the life of the project. Effectively tracks project progress and escalates any risks and issues through proactive identification of potential problems requiring resolution or mitigation.  Timely escalation to PMO or Programme Manager(s) of any project issues or changes that breech tolerance and ensures adhereance to the identified Change Control process.Prepares reports on project progress to Rackspace and customer stakeholders.Expertise / QualificationsDemonstrable organizational skills delivering consistent, repeatable and reliable results. Excellent time management, communications, presentation and organization skills. Able to take ownership and drive the resolution of problems in a timely manner. Ability to communicate technical information and ideas so others will understand. General knowledge of cloud technologies, IT operations, project management operations. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, handling shifting priorities and ambiguity.Competent customer facing skillsGood working knowledge of MS Office suite including Project and Visio and knowledge of other project management tools.Ideally a foundation project management qualification (Prince2 Foundation/PMI CAPM would be advantageous)  Technical awareness in the following areas would be advantageous:Data centre strategy and operationsCapacity, utilisation, and performanceBackup, storage, and disaster recoveryIT Service Management and Service Delivery awarenessITIL certification v3 or greater (advantageous)
