We are seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to support our Field Marketing Team in executing various marketing initiatives. This role involves a blend of event logistics and administrative tasks related to the team’s comprehensive marketing plans. The ideal candidate will coordinate in-house efforts with regional marketing managers and the global team, as well as interface with outsourced marketing vendors. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and organized professional capable of managing multiple projects and working closely with various teams/departments to ensure efficient communication among all parties and remove administrative roadblocks.


  • Assist the Regional Marketing Manager in coordinating the regional marketing plan.
  • Coordinate and track field events, Acronis, partners, and industry shows.
  • Manage vendors, contracts, and payments for the Regional Marketing Manager.
  • Assist in event organization and logistics.
  • Support in marketing reporting and analysis.
  • Manage relationships with outsourced vendors and consultants.
  • Align marketing plans across various teams, including Global Campaigns, Events, Product Marketing and Localization


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SFDC.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with event planning and vendor management is a plus.
