We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Program Specialist II to support the execution and operational management of web and digital marketing initiatives across our global platforms. In this role, you’ll serve as a key connector between marketing, web engineering, and content teams, helping manage project timelines, improve digital workflows, and ensure high-quality execution of web content and campaigns.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, is highly organized, and has experience with CMS platforms, SEO, and digital marketing tools. You can enjoy our lovely corporate office two days a week and work from home three days a week. Our office is located at RidgeWood Plaza II, 19122 U.S. Hwy 281 N.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute digital marketing projects across web, content, and campaign initiatives—ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Act as the primary contact for day-to-day operations related to digital and web projects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and web engineering to ensure roadmap alignment and consistent progress.
- Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms such as Drupal and WordPress, ensuring accuracy, formatting, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to scope, prioritize, and execute web content updates, campaigns, and product launches.
- Conduct QA testing, manage redirects, troubleshoot site issues, and support general web operations.
- Perform ongoing SEO maintenance and optimization to enhance site performance and content discoverability.
- Support campaign execution in HubSpot, including landing pages, forms, tracking tags, and basic workflows.
- Identify and communicate project risks and blockers, helping ensure cross-functional alignment and delivery.
- Assist in tagging and analytics support to help monitor performance and report on outcomes.
Qualifications:
- a minimum of 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, web operations, or project coordination.
- Proficient in CMS platforms, particularly Drupal and WordPress.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, web content standards, and digital best practices.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple digital projects simultaneously and cross-functionally.
Nice to Have:
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design principles.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar tools.
- Experience supporting content localization and working with global teams.
- HubSpot training or certifications.
