Technical Delivery Manager – Public Cloud

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead the planning and delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time, while providing technical oversight and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of cloud and infrastructure programs, including public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, developer platforms, databases, and analytics systems.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and milestones, ensuring smooth execution across multiple teams.
• Track progress, highlight risks, and coordinate solutions for blockers and dependencies.
• Work closely with engineering and leadership teams to align priorities and clarify technical requirements.
• Ensure delivery follows Agile practices, cloud governance, and release management standards.
• Provide actionable insights via JIRA/Atlassian dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
• Support adoption of DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud best practices across teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management, preferably in cloud, platform, or infrastructure teams.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs.
• Hands-on understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, developer platforms, and modern infrastructure concepts.
• Proficiency with JIRA/Atlassian tools for planning, reporting, and dashboards.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communicator capable of engaging engineers, teams, and executives.
