The Senior Network Engineer V is a key element within the Rackspace Infrastructure team and is expected to provide a high level of technical expertise to ensure the uptime and maintenance of critical networking systems. A Racker in this role takes ownership of highly complex network issues and ensures they are resolved and/or successfully documented and handed off to an oncoming shift. The Racker accepts and takes ownership through to the resolution of issues escalated by other Network Engineers and creates training and mentoring opportunities for those engineers as appropriate. Operational Processes </h3><ul><ul><li>Manage the software intake lifecycle from request submission through triage, prioritization, and cross-functional review. </li><li>Facilitate daily standups for intake issues and weekly alignment meetings with Product Managers and Pillar Leaders. </li><li>Support monthly executive reviews for software requirements requiring senior level approval. </li></ul></ul><h3>Budget, Compliance &amp; Operational Excellence </h3><ul><ul><li>Lead tracking, documentation, and follow through of bugs, production issues, modernization efforts, and migration initiatives. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement by refining processes, tooling, sprint operations, and end-to-end program workflows. </li><li>Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain high quality standards across APIs, applications, and services. </li></ul></ul><h3>Experience/Education </h3><ul><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related Technology, and 8 plus years of full time experience working in information technology related organisation with exposure to all phases of product development life cycle  </li><li>If Master’s degree in Computer Science or related, 6 years of experience as an alternative </li><li>At the manager’s discretion, additional relevant experience may substitute for the academic requirement </li><li>Solid software engineering fundamentals gained through training, course work or relevant experience. </li></ul></ul><h3>Requirements </h3><ul><ul><li>10+ years strong Technical Program experience in web application development, UI/UX, content management, end-end system design, API knowledge &amp; application security </li><li>8+ years strong experience in all phases of product development life cycle is required </li><li>5+ years’ experience in Agile/Scrum or modern methodologies </li><li>Have mandatorily worked with private or public cloud solutions for at least 3 plus years </li><li>Should have been used AI tooling or solutions, has working and exposure required at Program Manager level.  </li><li>Strategic contributor to overall product strategy, roadmap and releases </li><li>Experienced in building process flows, technical documentation, capturing detailed technical specifications, functional/non-functional requirements  </li><li>Run Agile products by facilitating Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews/Demo meetings.  </li><li>Experience in Project and Program tracking and ticketing tools for feature/epic prioritization, backlog grooming, tracking progress, team velocity, building dashboards to monitor sprint health/release health &amp; Technical Program Manager III - IN

<b>Rackspace</b> is hiring for a Service Delivery Manager with a background in security to support our strategic customers. As a Security SDM, you’ll be managing global managed security services accounts.  <b>Work Location; Mexican Rackers: </b>If you live within a 40km radius of our Mexico City office we’d like for you to work in the office two days a week. If further than 40km you may work fully remote from one these states Monterey, Aguascalientes, Jalisco, Nuevo Leon, Puebla, Guadalajara, or Queretaro. <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><ul><li>Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver monthly reporting for them.</li><li>Produce data tracking and budget scope reporting for senior management.</li><li>Analyze cybersecurity/DevSecOps frameworks using dashboarding and internal tools.</li><li>Oversee the SOC operational processes and ensure that security compliance/governance is maintained.</li><li>Use security data, monitoring tools, and threat intelligence to inform insights and build the big picture.</li><li>Lead customer initiatives, applying expertise and best management of all customer escalations and service issues.</li><li>Support senior management with the required decision-making on security initiatives and solutions.</li><li>Help teams with cross functional and interim – term development and transformation. Aid their transformation and implementation of cybersecurity initiatives. </li><li>Assist with various Cyber technical initiatives, including NIST and ISO framework rollout and certification.</li></ul></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relatable field of study is preferred.
