STR is seeking a Personnel Security (PERSEC) Specialist for our Woburn, MA office. As a PERSEC Specialist, you will work the “day-to-day” PERSEC services for Special Access Programs (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) activities. These activities include processing Program Access Requests (PARs), managing program personnel databases, providing guidance regarding the SAP nomination process, conducting briefings and debriefings, and additional administrative tasks for multiple government customers, including visit certifications, foreign travel reports, and adverse information reports. The successful candidate will develop a full understanding of 5220.22-M NISPOM, 5205.07 DoD Manuals Volumes 1-4, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and related Industrial Security Guidance Manuals or Special Program Security directives, in support of USG compliance inspections.
