Executive Account Director, Government Services - US

Rackspace is looking for a Corporate Counsel to support its corporate, securities, governance, compliance and M&amp;A functions. The successful candidate will be a key member of the global legal department, with opportunities to partner with a variety of functions across the global organization. The successful candidate will report to the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel. The Proposal Manager prepares and manages proposals in accordance with policies and guidelines enforced by the client. Prepares and manages responses to RFPs.
