<p>The ideal Americas Information Security Officer for Kin + Carta is innovative, passionate about global information security with both policy and technical experience. <h3>Role responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Pursue infosec excellence for the region with the continuous development and management of K+C InfoSec standards to ensure compliance for HITRUST, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 and other required controls.</li>
<li>Perform internal audits on information security in line with international standards, which includes but not restricted to HITRUST</li>
<li>Security assess new and current suppliers - plan, organize and review Digital implementations, tools, APIs and platforms. </li>
<li>Support the completion of stakeholder infoSec schedules for RFPs, MSAs, delivery and project teams, by resolving project queries and approval of security requirements </li>
<li>Contribute to the InfoSec Risk Register and collaborate on treatment of risks tailored to the needs of the region. Manage and track mitigations, remediations and compensating controls.</li>
<li>Completing Information Security assessments from external parties in a timely manner</li>
<li>Contribute to the performance and improvement of the ISMS</li>
<li>Establish and review monitoring and logging process and standards </li>
<li>Designing, delivering and monitoring InfoSec training and awareness</li>
<li>Reviewer and approver of ISMS documentation </li>
<li>Collaborate with K+C and CDS, providing information security consultancy, strategy and implementation planning along with the prioritization of the highest impact projects </li>
<li>Joint responsibility with the Digital Defense team for all BAU tickets and tasks and recording time and tag allocation.</li>

This role will involve building and managing a small team to provide internal and external audits, including client audits, facilitating the sales process when needed and ensure policies are maintained and staff are trained to avoid and report on risky behaviour.   </p><p><strong>Core Services delivered by this function:</strong></p><ul> <li>External and client audits</li> <li>Internal audits and assessments</li> <li>Security awareness training</li> <li>Sales enablement and deal closure</li> </ul><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Work with stakeholders to manage audit evidence throughout Fenergo business units.</li> <li>Work with external audits for ISO 27001, SOC 2 type 2 and client driven audits and assessments.</li> <li>Refine and improve Fenergos common control criteria framework and program for Fenergo Enterprise to simplify the audit process.</li> <li>Produce monthly and quarterly maturity reports for Fenergo and clients.</li> <li>Lead sales enablement and deal closure services for Fenergo </li> <li>Ensure internal assessments are carried out to a high standard, with issues raised for remediation.</li> <li>Ensure Fenergos Penetration Tests are scheduled and carried out.</li> <li>Manage and maintain Fenergos security policies and ISMS</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>The successful candidate will need</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 6      years working experience in Cyber and/or Information Security across      multiple technical disciplines/ roles.</li> <li>Strong      experience being involved in Audits (ISO 27001, SOC 2)</li> <li>Strong      experience managing teams to meet service catalogue SLA’s and KPI’s</li> <li>Experience      carrying out assessments to an organisation’s security standard.</li> <li>Practical      experience of addressing cyber-security in hybrid on-premises/cloud or      all-cloud environments</li> <li>Ability      to implement service type security solutions, managed and measured.</li> <li>A strong      technical background in Security technology stacks</li> <li>Strong      stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and customer      service skills.</li> <li>Ability to prioritize and manage across multiple sensitive      initiative</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Opportunity for career      development in high growth with agile working environment</li> <li>Opportunity to work with      clients and colleagues on a global scale</li> <li>Extensive training      programmes, classroom and online, through ‘Fenergo University’</li> <li>Opportunity      to work on a cutting-edge Fintech Product, using the latest of tools and      technologies</li> <li>Contributed      pension.</li> <li>Bonus.</li> <li>Health      care for you and your family.</li> <li>Active      sports and social club.</li> <li>Flexible      working hours, and work from home policy</li> <li>Awesome      co-workers.</li> </ul>
