THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER

• Developing new technical policies, procedures, guidelines, and baselines for the Information Security Management System (ISMS) of TIER.
• Assessing TIER’s technological infrastructure to ensure that services and systems meet current and new TIER security policies, procedures, guidelines, and baselines.
• Assessing TIER’s operations to determine IT security and compliance risks according to a standard methodology.
• Identifying and advising on security countermeasures in response to detected vulnerabilities, incidents, and non-conformities.
• Training employees, as well as creating and rising awareness on the topic of best practices for secure development and other relevant security topics for TIER.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of TIER’s ISMS security processes.

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, IT compliance, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years professional experience in Information Technology or Information Security or Cybersecurity.
• Professional experience configuring and working with Jira application (is a big plus).
• Knowledge about agile security.
• Knowledge about risk management.
• Experience with ISO27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS.
• Experience in auditing in the field of information security is desirable.
• Certification in IT Audit or IT Security (ISO27001, CISA, CISSP) is desirable.
• Analytical competence, results-oriented approach to work, as well as strong team skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full professional English proficiency.
