Senior Business Manager to SVP

We are looking for a Business Manager to Senior Vice President to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.

As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and oversight on strategic business objectives and operational matters. This is a highly visible role, reporting directly to the SVP and working with the Executive and Development leadership teams. The successful candidate will gain exposure to all facets of the business, offering an excellent opportunity for career advancement within the organization and beyond.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP providing insights and recommendations on strategic and operational matters.
•  Serve the stakeholders in the APAC region, to ensure seamless communication and support, aligning work hours to the APAC time frame sometimes needed
• Work with the SVP, HRBP, Finance, and other key stakeholders on strategy, business rhythm, and other business priorities.
• Initiate and run strategic projects until they are embedded within the development organization.
• Support and synchronize with the SVP and other executives on priorities and issues; follow up to ensure proper execution.
• Identify cross-functional issues and facilitate execution by orchestrating contributions from different functional organizations.
• Prepare the SVP for investor, partner, and executive meetings, including creating presentations, briefings, and agendas.
• Participate in Executive calls and Hybrid Offsites to represent the SVP and business priorities.
• Moderate meetings on behalf of the SVP, including agenda creation, meeting preparation, time management, and follow-up.
• Review and create reports, analyze business performance, and review objective metrics to represent the SVP.
• Implement special projects and initiatives as required and in support of business performance reviews.

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a highly matrixed, global organization within the IT industry to support your deep understanding of the R&D function.
• Education: University degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
