The CSR Project Manager will lead and expand our Acronis Cyber Foundation Program initiatives. This role will involve end-to-end project management across global CSR activities, with a focus on the APJ region. The CSR Project Manager will support global employee engagement projects, develop partnerships with Acronis’ partners to support our initiatives and work to strengthen Acronis’ social impact in education, sustainability, and community development. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful projects, build partnerships, and contribute to Acronis’ mission of creating positive social change worldwide
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Project Management: Manage the full lifecycle of CSR projects, from planning to execution, across global regions with an emphasis on APJ. Oversee timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure successful project delivery
- Partnership Development: Develop and maintain partnerships to broaden the reach and impact of CSR initiatives. Collaborate with potential partners to join Acronis in community initiatives and support project funding, creating mutual value without explicit financial emphasis
- Employee Engagement: Lead internal projects to engage Acronis employees through the Acronis’ employee engagement program, planning and organizing events that involve them in CSR activities
- Content Creation: Write engaging content for blogs, social media, and internal communications to promote Foundation activities and increase visibility. Manage content updates on the Foundation website
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate corporate events within the Foundation’s scope, ensuring smooth execution, effective communication, and alignment with project goals.Budget Management: Track and report on project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines
- Stakeholder Reporting: Develop reports and presentations on project progress and impact for internal and external stakeholders
WHAT YOU BRING
- CSR Experience: Demonstrated experience managing corporate social responsibility activities in a corporate setting, particularly in areas of education or environmental sustainability. General understanding of ESG concept
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects end-to-end, including budget management, event planning, and multi-stakeholder coordination
- Partnership Development: Ability to build and sustain partnerships, engaging stakeholders in collaborative CSR initiatives
- Content Creation: Strong writing skills for blog posts, social media, and internal communications, with an ability to convey impact and engagement
- Languages: Fluent in English, with additional language skills preferred (German or other languages are an advantage)
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office tools, Jira, and familiarity with Salesforce for marketing campaigns is a plus, AI tools for content creation and project management enhancements
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel as needed to support project implementation and partner engagement
- Proactive and Innovative Attitude: A self-starter with the ability to propose and implement new ideas, enhancing the Foundation’s reach and impact. Ability to work across several time zones
