The Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join ION as a Senior Technical Consultant. As a Senior Technical consultant, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and implementing the customer requirements while mentoring other team members. You will work with business analysts, clients, and team members to design and implement product extensions, configurations, and interfaces. You will also be responsible for reviewing infrastructure sizing, deploying, testing, tuning, and implementing the system and working in a team environment.<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><ul><li>Assume hands-on project implementation in all phases of the implementation (design, build, test, deploy) engagement.</li><li>Provide technology advice, design, specifications and any other deliverables required by the project </li><li>Support client training services in custom development technologies</li><li>Attend Product trainings to gain knowledge of the system’s functionality, architecture, and technical components</li><li>Present the project’s technical solution to client representatives</li><li>Support client training services</li><li>Consult with client’s technology users to determine technical and systems requirements to be addressed by the ION solution</li><li>Follow project delivery methodology standards</li><li>Track deliverables to estimates and deliver on time</li><li>Lead a small to medium scale implementation project  </li><li>Follow documentation standards and resolution process flow for all deliverables</li><li>Keep Line Manager and engagement owner(s) informed regarding the status of assigned responsibilities</li><li>Participate in Upgrade Implementation Analysis and provide detailed solutioning in the Requirements integration, IT2 installation and upgrades, IT2 API installation, IT2 Anywhere installation, Power BI reports and Crystal reports. </li><li>Business knowledge of treasury is a plus. </li><li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a directly related IT field</li><li>8+ years’ industry experience in Software Design <li>Be a key player on our product marketing team for our Security solutions, supporting solutions including anti-malware, endpoint detection and response (EDR), extended detection &amp; response (XDR), managed detection and response (MDR), email, and cloud application security.You'll be a product expert within the marketing organization for the roadmap, features, functions, use cases, and target users, including the creation and maintenance of a relevant, differentiated, compelling product positioning and messaging framework.</li>
<li>Be a GTM partner for Product Management counterparts.From them, you'll learn the product business case - including competitive landscape, differentiated technology and capabilities, product roadmap, use cases, and features. With them you'll bring releases to market. And then help build a product marketing plan that proposes and connects all of the sales and marketing activities needed to hit sales goals - and product targets.</li>
<li>Be a key partner to our marketing campaign leads.You will work closely with the campaign leads as they work on ensuring your product is covered in our various global and regional marketing campaigns. In turn, they will support you with the insights and messaging to use to tune your product messaging and content.</li>
<li>Develop and execute a marketing plan for your product.Working with marcom and cross-functionally, you'll help build a comprehensive plan that links launches, campaigns, events, and sales plays with content, coverage, and communications channels - offering a single view to everything done to bring the product to market - and then reports back on the results.</li>
<li>Help with the creation and maintenance of the core product marketing collateral, web, and sales enablement toolset.You will help ensure that all standard assets throughout the funnel are kept up to date, with quality, and following best practices. You will write, author, video, PowerPoint - communicate your product's story in every format, and review other work that carries your messaging.</li>
<li>Bring market and competitive intelligence, targeting, and segmentation information into your plan, and share it with your Product colleagues.Partnering with our AR lead and our Solution Marketing team, you'll bring insights into the trends in the market, into your messaging and content, and will provide these inputs back into the Product team and across Marketing to inform decisions and strategy.</li>

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)

<li>5+ years of product marketing experience within the B2B IT industry, with time at an established high-tech company.</li>
<li>Have supported a security solution in areas such as anti-malware, endpoint detection and response (EDR / MDR / XDR), or email security. Experience marketing security products delivered in a SaaS, consumption-based, multi-tenant model.</li>
<li>Broad IT management technical domain in vulnerability management, cybersecurity, and endpoint management required.</li>
<li>Knowledge of both provider and business customer SMB through Enterprise IT environments, with specific experience working with MSPs highly desired.</li>
<li>Ability to dive deep into technology and to convey complex ideas simply and clearly in written and verbal formats, including public speaking, demos, and content development</li>

<li>Prepare and lead Technical Team Huddles, covering the new releases, Readiness Information Announcements, volume drivers, joint post-mortem cases discussion, errors from the real cases, best practices for cases management, Q&amp;A sessions and other topics.</li>
<li>Host technical 1-1 feedback sessions with Engineers.</li>
<li>Perform daily scrubs of cases with provided solutions, including adding the action plan to case comments and providing the daily feedback to the Support Engineers on missed opportunities.</li>
<li>Prepare analytical reports to the managers on a weekly and monthly basis covering the overall knowledge situation across the Team and action plan to improve it.</li>
<li>Arrange monthly advanced technical trainings for all Support Engineers, including in-depth case studies.</li>
<li>Ensure integrity, strong work ethic, and high quality on the team through communicating issues and actionable items to the manager.</li>
<li>Handle projects and assignments focused on driving improvements within service delivery, the tools, or processes used within Support organization.</li>
<li>Provide real time assistance for the cases to Support Engineers, including live media: chats, calls, remote sessions.</li>
<li>Provide direct support to High value and very important customers.</li>

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)
