Job Summary.

    • As our Senior Field Programs Manager, International – Private Cloud, you will support the development and execution of international marketing programs that enable our sales strategies and goals resulting in revenue pipeline. Drawing on prior experience, you will work closely with Rackspace Technology’s global marketing team including digital, campaigns, and events, as well as regional sales leadership, to identify opportunities for pipeline generation in alignment with business priorities, growth targets, and in partnership with the broader marketing, product, and sales teams.
    • The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of technology marketing experience. They will enjoy and excel in creative thinking, innovating, and delivering measurable results that help drive awareness, grow the pipeline and win business. They will be comfortable in supporting multiple stakeholders across the business, while leveraging the support of other teams such as product marketing, digital, campaigns, analyst relations, PR and events.  This role will report to the Senior Manager, Field Marketing - International for our Private Cloud Business Unit.

Responsibilities

    • Support the development and execution of a strategic field marketing plan for Rackspace Technology’s international market (EMEA and APJ) working closely with stakeholders 
    • Support and deliver targeted marketing campaigns, events, and programs that effectively engage customers and prospects.
    • Work collaboratively with the content, digital, campaigns, event, and public relations teams on developing and executing strategy at each stage of the sales funnel, including blogs, white papers, client stories, sell sheets, videos, press release, webinars, events and speaking engagements, and other marketing and sales enablement assets.
    • Identify and understand key personas for assigned geographies, drawing on quantitative and qualitative data from the business and external sources.
    • Influence field marketing, campaigns, and events budgets, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to high-impact activities.
    • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies and tactics as necessary.
    • Drive cross-functional collaboration within the organization to ensure cohesive messaging and customer experiences across all touchpoints.
    • Champion the Rackspace brand, ensuring consistency with global branding guidelines while tailoring approaches to meet local market needs.

Required Skills

    • A minimum of 6 years of experience in technology marketing, with at least 4 years within field marketing or a related area.
    •  Proven track record of supporting marketing strategies in the EMEA and APJ regions. Experience in other markets across the globe is a plus.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools
    • Ability to travel as required for the role.
