We are seeking a Salesforce SME to join our newly created sub-practice, dedicated to serving a mature and impactful long-term client in the financial services industry. This role requires a balance of independent work and teamwork, focusing on advancing the client's agenda. The ideal candidate will possess some understanding of the financial services sector, coupled with a proven track record of independent work, team collaboration, and client relationship management. Requirements: 

    • Expertise in setting up Salesforce ESS  
    • Establish governance structures and processes for Salesforce shared services. 
    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to Salesforce  
    • Good Knowledge of Salesforce security features and best practices to ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance 
    • A good understanding of Salesforce's capabilities, including Government cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Analytics (CRMA) and other. 
    • Proficiency in configuring Salesforce, hands-on building custom applications (declarative and Programmatic), workflows, and reports for various teams in a single and multiple organization(s) 
    • Hands-on technology experience enabling customer relationship management capabilities with deep techno/functional and solution implementation experience in a CRM platform such as SalesForce 
    • Develop and implement Salesforce operational policies, process, procedures and best practices for ESS. Define the Operational aspects of implementations, system performance and maintenance, availability and reliability. 
    • Define and Develop ESS policies and procedures for:
    • Multi-org and Global deployment strategies 
    • Incident management, release management, change management, configuration management, capacity planning, backup/restore, ensure business continuity / disaster recovery and Operational reports for ESS 
    • User management, support and communication 
    • Managing budget, expense tracking and finance reporting for projects, focusing on cost optimizing and costs, vendor management and contract negotiating, ROI analysis and ensure financial compliance 
    • Project scope assessment, resource planning, time estimates, risk assessment / remediation, stakeholder expectation and continuous improvement 
    • Standardize Salesforce components, Apex Exchange usage, developing templates, foster collaboration and establish governance to maximize reuse efficiency. 
    • Ensure implementation bank’s security controls 
    • Deployment of DevSecOps tools 
    • User Training and Adoption 
    • Mobile Adoption and optimization 
    • Reporting and Analytics 
    • Experience portal for customers 
    • Feedback and continuous improvement platforms
    • Innovation and future readiness 
    • Data governance and Lifecyle management 
    • Sustainability and Greet IT  
    • Proficient in managing integration between salesforce and other enterprise system 
    • Ability to understand business processes across different departments and translate them into Salesforce solutions. 
    • Demonstrated experience providing influence and/or matrixed oversight to technical teams  
    • Comprehensive and proficient facilitation, communication, & negotiation skills.  
    • Discipline to operate independently, collaborate effectively and thrive in ambiguity with a generalist mindset.  
    • Knowledge of software development processes, technology trends, and project management principles.  
    • You have curiosity and love solving problems using your creative and critical thinking skills.  
    • Experience with a hybrid work environment; proficient in online collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Teams, or similar.  
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications  
    • Salesforce Certifications a must
