Cloud Partner Success Manager (NAM Region)

We are looking for a Cloud Partner Success Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.

The Cloud Partner Success Manager will drive the cloud revenue growth and will report directly under the Channel Unit Manager. By working with dedicated partners, this position will be increasing the adoption of new services, and retaining and creating a best-in-class partner experience which is the key differentiator of Acronis.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Make a territory analysis and plan for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners
  • Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth by working through assigned partners
  • Drive partner’s satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the entire partner lifecycle
  • Drive successful upsell/cross-sell initiatives with partners to increase new service attach rate
  • Perform account planning with all managed partners with a level of certain details depending on the partner’s engagement, loyalty and responsiveness
  • Train new and existing partners with existing and new products  
  • Guide every partner through the onboarding and enablement stage equipping them with all needed knowledge, resources, and tools
  • Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services to an existing customer base of the partner, attract new customers to partner, and help to retain existing customers to partner
  • Enable new partners' growth with Acronis sales and marketing tools and programs
  • Put maximum efforts to avoid churn and retain a partner
  • Align with Acronis Cloud Distributors for joint activities for channel enablement
  • Make partners sell Acronis services to an existing customer base of the partner, attract new customers to partner, and help to retain existing customers to partner
  • Support new partners on a daily basis on business and technology development
  • Engage Acronis Solution Engineers and Technical support teams
  • Key KPIs: Incremental revenue from the managed list of partners, incremental growth in the consumed revenue, and incremental growth of security-related revenue.

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)  

  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry, Channel sales\ Partner account manager \ Channel development position within a software vendor 
  • Equivalent industry experience
  • In-depth channel and field sales experience with an understanding of the cloud market business model
  • Strong presentation, communication, and planning skills
  • Native/fluent English (additional French would be an advantage)
