WHAT YOU'LL DO
<ul>
<li>Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails</li>
<li>Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential account; building report, providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations</li>
<li>Handles customer and partner inquiries related to quotes, pricing, technical inquiries, identifying the needs and qualified the projects.</li>

<li>Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions.</li>

<li>Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the Salesforce system.</li>

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)

<li>2+ years of proven sales experience</li>
<li>Ability to articulate product’s different features, and answers any questions customers might have</li>
<li>Strong closing sales skills</li>
<li>Knowledge on Salesforce is preferred</li>

As the Cloud Partner Account Manager you will bring experience in Account Management and have a passion for Data Protection and Cyber Security. You will work as part of the Inside Sales Channel Management organization and aligned with a portfolio of service providers utilizing Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud. Your main goals as the Cloud PSM will be to drive drive Annual Recurrent Revenue growth through account planning with dedicated partners, increase adoption of new services, retain a partner and create a best in class partner experience which is the key differentiator of Acronis.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Licensing and Operations Specialist at Acronis is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of licensing processes and operational support within the organization. This role ensures that licensing policies are accurately implemented and adhered to, while providing efficient operational support to various teams. The Licensing and Operations Specialist plays a critical role in optimizing internal workflows, managing compliance with licensing agreements, and supporting business operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
<ul>
<li>Manage renewal date, expiration, end-of-support or end-of-life of all licenses or support contracts you are responsible for. Manage and optimize scope of contracts in case of cost-effective solution. Analyze usage of licenses.</li>
<li>Registration of guarantees for equipment in our personal account, Control validity of current warranty dates, Form requests to prolong warranty. Communicate with Service companies in order to organize the diagnostic and repair process.</li>
<li>Track &amp; Document available &amp; new software and associated licenses in asset management software. Maintain all associated access information log information, including but not limited to passwords, tokens, login information.</li>
<li>Certify license availability. Coordinate and document periodic software / license audits and participate in other audits, as necessary.</li>
<li>Partner with software vendors (Microsoft, VMware etc.). Review license requirements for new deployments. Research software licensing models, product use rights and licensing metrics / entitlements as needed. Organize passing of various tests/qualifications to get the required Competencies and get an ability to renew the partnership.</li>
<li>Manage software ordering process and requests from enterprise users. Work with software requestors as needed to acquire additional or missing information for their requests, to keep them apprised of the status of their requests.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison to the Finance and Group Procurement departments regarding software asset information and procurement processes.</li>
<li>Collaborate with IT team leaders, procurement managers and Finance Prepare budget for IT Department.</li>
<li>Control budget spends on licenses and provide periodic updates and suggestions on improvements.</li>
<li>Focusing on changing ‘Hardware and software standards’ when they become EOL.</li>

In this role you will be acting as liaison between the customers (Service Providers Partners) and internal Acronis resources. On a daily basis you will be dealing with various software related technical questions, via phone, email and chat, delivering best in class client experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

<li>Provide technical support, configuration and troubleshooting of software-related inquiries via email, phone and chat for customers and MSPs.</li>
<li>Perform technical analysis of customer problem and define plan for resolving it</li>
<li>Be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners</li>
<li>Interact daily with other engineers to provide technical action plans or take ownership of cases that require escalation</li>
<li>Work closely with the Expert team to answer Customers’ technical questions (act as liaison between the customer and internal Acronis resources)</li>
<li>Meet and exceed KPIs set for your role (customer satisfaction, productivity, interaction quality and others)</li>
