We are looking for a Partner Marketing Development Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.
The Partner Marketing Development Manager will help establish Acronis as the preferred cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery vendor within the regional partner ecosystem. Will work closely with global and regional marketing resources to adapt campaigns to the local needs of partners, and execute regional lead generation campaigns to support the partner ecosystem, grow Acronis revenue, and help increase product adoption.
 WHAT YOU'LL DO  
<ul>
<li>Help establish Acronis as the preferred cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery vendor within the regional partner ecosystem.</li>
<li>Work closely with global and regional marketing resources to adapt campaigns to the local needs of partners.</li>
<li>Work closely with regional sales leadership and partner account managers to support partner marketing needs and partner growth in alignment with sales goals.</li>
<li>Execute regional lead generation campaigns to support the partner ecosystem, grow Acronis revenue, and help increase product adoption.</li>
<li>Support global and regional partner communications to efficiently broadcast key Acronis messaging.</li>
<li>Develop new channel marketing strategies to generate revenue, including nurture campaigns, webinars, tradeshows, lead generating campaigns, email blasts, events, contests, incentives, and more.</li>
<li>Support key regional marketing initiatives by providing reporting, logistics, and operational support, including Marketing Development Funds, Purchase Orders, and marketing collateral localization/translation</li>
</ul>
 WHAT YOU BRING   
<ul>
<li>5 years of relevant working experience. Preferred in B2B IT marketing area and in developing marketing strategies &amp; partners GTM.</li>
<li>Ability to successfully work a hybrid/remote role.</li>
<li>Must be a confident communicator and presenter.</li>
<li>Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational abilities, proactive, reliable, detail oriented, strong multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities in a high frequency environment.</li>
<li>Excellent time-management and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel to partner events and regional sales meetings</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in both English and Spanish. Portuguese is a bonus.</li>

Partner Marketing Development Manager, Americas

You will be the person driving and supervising mitigation and resolution of high-impact and visibility incidents for Acronis’ partners and customers. You will build efficient problem solutions with the technical teams, establish trusted communications with the incident stakeholders, and deliver actionable root cause analysis to the leadership team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

<li>Supervise and coordinate Escalation Response Team activities during critical incidents (global incidents, executive escalations, large accounts at risk)</li>
<li>Manage communication and activities on the escalated incidents from various internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Manage incident response lifecycle including, preparation, mitigation, and root cause analysis after complete resolution</li>
<li>Facilitate weekly review of technical incidents and support volume drivers</li>
<li>Provide incident tracking and analytics for the VIP accounts management program</li>
<li>Report procedural inefficiency based on lessons learned and as a Customer Support liaison, work closely with Software Engineering, Data Center Operations, Product Management, and Customer Success departments to achieve optimal efficiency when working on the escalated incidents</li>
<li>Work on additional technical tasks and projects assigned by the department leadership</li>
</ul>
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS):
<ul>
<li>Fluent English (both oral and written), C1/Advanced as a minimum. Additional Spanish, Portuguese, German, or French language is a plus</li>
<li>2+ years of experience working in a software vendor, MSP, or MSSP in an incident management or leadership role</li>
<li>IT background with solid technology fundamentals knowledge including, virtualization, cloud, network, operating systems, storage systems, and cyber security</li>
<li>Great communication skills and customer focus, and ability to prioritize and switch between a variety of time-sensitive issues</li>
<li>Strong relationship-building skills and ability to develop and maintain constructive relationships across departments and manage disagreements effectively</li>
<li>Passion for troubleshooting, ability to come up with efficient solutions for complex issues</li>
