<li> Develop relationships with key decision-makers on the partner side</li>
<li>Support new partners on a daily basis on business and technology development</li>
<li>Engage Acronis Solution Engineers and Technical support teams</li>
<li>Key KPIs: Incremental revenue from the managed list of partners, incremental growth in the consumed revenue, and incremental growth of security-related revenue.</li>

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)  
<ul>
<li>5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry (Channel sales\ Partner account manager \ Channel development position within a software vendor)</li>
<li>Cybersecurity experience </li>
<li>In-depth channel and field sales experience with an understanding of the cloud market business model</li>

<li>Be the primary GTM partner for Product Management counterpartsFrom them you'll learn the product business case - including competitive landscape, differentiated technology and capabilities, product roadmap, use cases, and features. With them you'll bring releases to market. <li>10+ years of product marketing experience within the B2B IT industry, with time at an established high-tech company.</li>
<li>Have owned responsibility for a security solution in areas such as anti-malware, endpoint detection and response, email security, or data loss prevention. Experience marketing security products delivered in a SaaS, consumption-based, multi-tenant model.</li>
<li>Broad IT management technical domain in vulnerability management, cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, or endpoint management.</li>
<li>Experience with planning, resourcing, budgeting, handling dependencies, long-term roadmaps, Agile environments, project management, virtual teaming, and global markets.</li>
<li>Knowledge of both service provider and business customer SMB through Enterprise IT environments, with specific experience working with MSPs.</li>
<li>Ability to dive deep in technology and to convey complex ideas simply and clearly in written and verbal formats, including public speaking, demos and content development.</li>
<li>Successful track record of cross-functional, cross-company collaboration with comfort with high levels of ambiguity in highly virtualized, matrixed, global teams.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and executive presentation skills are important with ability to present to partners and analysts, blog under your own byline, and prior experience and comfort delivering presentations internally or to external audiences - over Zoom or in person.</li>
<li>Experience working across tech and business teams, representing the voice of the partner and customer, and finding creative ways to engage and get feedback from the customer is especially important.</li>

Director Product Marketing, Security

Acronis is looking for a regional Demand Gen manager to join our Digital Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for formulating and driving regional marketing programs supporting our Americas market. You should be well versed in all aspects of marketing including, but not limited to, paid search, display, content syndication, digital media buys, and more. Your goal will be to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for Acronis’s solution portfolio within the region. Success will be determined through lead acquisition and conversion rate optimization. Experience with testing and global search engines and social platforms required.
This work will include coordinating activity between internal Acronis teams and external vendors. You must be capable of managing various stakeholders, setting expectations, and educating peers, while both developing strategies and rolling up your sleeves to implement them. This role reports to the Senior Digital Media Manager, Paid Media.
You will be expected to have an excellent understanding of current best practices, as well as where the digital marketing industry is headed. You should be a persuasive communicator, helping regional teams understand the success requirements and opportunities this work provides.

Regional Research and Strategy

<li>Develop detailed marketing analysis for each sub-region within the Americas</li>
<li>Create reference guides for relevant publications, commonly-used terms, websites, and communities for Acronis’s consumer, corporate, and IT service provider audiences</li>
<li>Maintain, grow, and document relationships with key vendors in your region</li>

Campaign marketing
<ul>
<li>Formulate and drive regional campaign marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for Acronis’s solution portfolio</li>
<li>Partner with regional marketing teams to provide the expansion of global campaigns and consistency of outcomes in the region, serve as a liaison between Regional Marketing managers and Campaigns/Digital Media teams, be a facilitator for alignment</li>
<li>Analyze and report on the results of the campaigns</li>
<li>Collaborate and develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams across the global marketing and the digital media organizations (Product Marketing, Global Marketing, Communications, PR, Sales) to reach maximum effect from the campaign</li>
<li>Manage top-down forecasts and budget for your campaigns in connection to quarterly and annual plans</li>
<li>Measure and optimize marketing funnel and programs. Take accountability for budget, resource allocation, and performance to plan against defined metrics</li>
<li>Drive marketing innovation and creativity. This role requires you to champion your audience and actively apply audience insights and marketing analytics to deliver plans that achieve business targets and audience goals</li>

Digital marketing

<li>Support the global digital strategy within the Americas region to increase the number of high-quality leads</li>
<li>Assist in developing and managing marketing campaign strategies for all digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, content development &amp; marketing, website, paid advertising, social media, and others)</li>
<li>Leverage local digital media channels, research and audit proper vendors, manage documentation, and lead activity internally or through vendors.</li>
<li>Build, track and document lead flow for digital media efforts through the CRM (Salesforce). Includes creation of CRM campaigns, confirmation of lead mapping from Marketo, and tracking / escalating a lead’s journey through the sales funnel (lead to MQL to opportunity and close) in partnership with regional and campaign marketing teams.</li>
<li>Analyze and report on the results of the digital marketing channels. Recommend strategic and tactical changes to increase return on investment (ROI)</li>

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience running successful paid media campaigns in a B2B environment</li>
<li>Experience work with Google, Bing, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Other Local Platforms.</li>
<li>Knowledge of digital marketing best practices (PPC, SEO, Email, Programmatic Display, Social) and proven understanding of marketing strategy and the marketing funnel</li>
<li>Strong reporting skills and metric-minded behavior</li>
<li>Understanding of common tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaigns Manager, and other management and reporting tools.</li>
<li>Fluent in both spoken and written English</li>
