Job Title: Information Security Analyst

Reporting to: Head Of Information & Cyber Security

Location: (Remote) Offices in London and Nottingham but will consider remote.

Our tech team is remote-first, meaning you can work from wherever you do your best work! We have UK offices in White City and Nottingham. While we are remote-first, we value getting together face-to-face so travel into these offices will be required on a regular basis.

Who are you?

You’ll be passionate about promoting information security to all Liberis colleagues across the business. You’ll have experience of monitoring IT and Information Security risk controls to help improve IT governance and security. You’ll be comfortable with Information Security Standards and frameworks such as ISO27001, PCI-DSS, CSA and be driven to find suitable frameworks to ensure the business operates to the highest level of information security compliance.

We think you’ll need

• Strong understanding of ISO27001 both the ISMS itself and how to practically apply those standards across the business effectively
• Experience in security controls and managing information security risks within public cloud infrastructure/services - Microsoft Office 365 and Azure
• Proven experience working in an IT/Infosec role, preferably within a high growth technology driven environment
• Experience of internal/external audits and due diligence (client and supplier) for both ISMS, corporate/external facing infrastructure & policy compliance
• A strong understanding of data security and GDPR

It would advantageous if you have:

• Previous experience of tools such as Darktrace, Crowdstrike & Tenable
• A professional qualification (or working towards) such as CISM / CISSP
• A broad knowledge of IT systems, processes and the challenges of B2B environments

What will you be doing here?

• Helping to manage/maintain our ISMS ensuring we remain ISO certified
• Evaluate and improve existing security controls.
• Identify risk in business processes.
• Review supply-chain risk assessments.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues.
• Manage/monitor security tools within the Liberis environment ensuring that devices and services are monitored from an information security standpoint
• Help in the management and escalation of security incidents/breaches; working in cross functional teams
• Working alongside our Legal and Compliance teams to help manage data and information security risks across the business
• Provide assistance in the audit and due diligence cycle in relation to information security controls and capability, both internally and externally
• Collaborating with teams across the IT function to ensure that our security posture continues to meet the needs of our customers and partners as well as operating to our documented standards
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, liaising with various specialists, groups and managers throughout the organisation 
• Fulfil any training required including instructing colleagues on proper security measures both in the office and online  
• Recommend changes that will improve every aspect of company security 
• Contribute to the protection of sensitive information within the company 
• Helping to develop our information security documentation to become one of our greatest assets
