Cyber Security Services Business Management Analyst

Cyber Security Services (CSS) is responsible for the engineering and management of critical security infrastructure, security services and monitoring across the enterprise on a global level. This includes the 24/7 management of security products and infrastructure components across security domains.

The Cyber Security Services Business Management Team oversees headcount management, financial activities, and communication to maintain the organizations' focus on strategic initiatives and key programs that actively improve the employees' and customers' experiences, increase productivity, and secure assets while strengthening controls​.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Cyber Security Services Business Manager across the following:

    • Cyber Security Services headcount (FTE, and non-FTE), financial activity, and communications.

    • Interface with the central CISO Business Office to ensure Cyber Security Services headcount and financial plan, outlook, and actuals are properly reflected and understood.

    • Oversee all Cyber Security Services Statements of Work (SOWs), Book of Work (Bow).

    • Coordinate on-time Cyber Security Services deliverables, including those required for Regulators and Audit, and track/escalate non-compliances.

    • Collaborate with Communications team to support internal communications for Cyber Security Services.

    • Work collaboratively with the Cyber Security Services Program Managers to support the Head of Cyber Security Services.

    • Communicate plans and routine updates on tasks and projects, open and escalate issues/risks.

    • Schedule and lead working group meetings, including preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes. Track and follow-up on action items to closure.

    • Interest in Future of Work, resource management and organizational agility.

    • Provide ad-hoc operational support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Management, Computer Science or minimum of 3 years of related work experience

  • Experience in Business Operations, supporting IT organization

Skills/Competencies:

  • SME in Microsoft Office Applications (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong self-management, proactive, work autonomy and use of own initiative.

  • Strong strategic thinking skills
