The Consultant is a function of our Intelligence Services program, managing and implementing all aspects of customer success with our clients. Consultants interact with various roles in cyber security, including Threat Intelligence, SOC, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, security architecture, and executive leadership.
Your days will be spent managing a portfolio of clients from a range of industries and sectors, who each own and leverage varying Recorded Future products and services. You will be a subject matter expert on our data and technology, the cyber security landscape, and our clients’ most effective use cases. This role requires deep technical knowledge in cyber security, creativity and analytical problem solving skills, collaboration and teamwork with adjacent departments, and a passion to enable others to succeed.
You will be responsible for the overall success of the contract and, in part, measured by renewal and expansion. You will work closely with sales counterparts to develop strategies for growth on each account.
