WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)
<ul>
<li>Native Japanese speaking</li>
<li>Professional use of English (both oral and written) is a strong plus</li>
<li>Advanced technical knowledge in areas such as: Cyber Security; Windows Server; Network troubleshooting (Wireshark, tcpdump, iperf); deploying and configuring services like DHCP, DNS, L2TP/IPSEC/Open VPN, HTTP servers</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX (application and configuration management; RHCSA as a baseline; CLI power user) </li>
<li>Experience with Virtualization (know how to deploy and manage Virtual Machines on VMware ESXi / Microsoft Hyper-V clusters)</li>

Product Launch Support

<li>Participate in weekly launch calls with the product launch team to track product launch readiness and execution.· Assist with regional launch activities, including local pricing, product lineup decisions, product asset localization, and peer review entries.</li>
<li>Manage the localization and production of regional box designs and box inserts according to Japanese retail requirements.</li>
</ul>
Communication Materials
<ul>
<li>Draft and dispatch new product announcement letters to distributors and resellers, detailing new products, discontinuations, and price changes.</li>
</ul>
Event and PR Support
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the sales and PR teams to prepare for new product PR and media events, including preparing PR content and product presentation decks, and presenting to media and audiences.</li>
</ul>
Online Sales Marketing Support
<ul>
