As the Cloud Partner Success Manager you will bring experience in Account Management and have a passion for Data Protection and Cyber Security. You will work as part of the Inside Sales Channel Management organization and aligned with a portfolio of service providers utilizing Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud. Your main goals as the Cloud PSM will be to drive drive Annual Recurrent Revenue growth through account planning with dedicated partners, increase adoption of new services, retain a partner and create a best in class partner experience which is the key differentiator of Acronis.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
<ul>
<li>Make a territory analysis and planning for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners.</li>
<li>Align with Acronis Cloud Distributors for joint activities for channel enablement</li>
<li>Activate and enable new partners with Acronis sales and marketing tools and programs</li>
<li>Drive successful upsell \ cross sell initiatives so partner</li>
<li>Make partners sell Acronis services to existing customer base of the partner, attract new customers to partner and help to retain existing customer to partner</li>
<li>Train new partners with existing and new products</li>
<li>Develop relationship with key decision makers on partner side</li>
<li>Support new partners on daily basis on business and technology development</li>
<li>Engage Acronis pre sales and Technical support teams</li>
<li>Key KPIs: Total Revenue from signed partners, churn rate (% of partners leaving the program), number of Acronis services sold through the partner</li>

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)

<li>Equivalent industry experience</li>
<li>Channel sales\ Partner account manager \ Channel development position within a software vendor, with a minimum of 5+ years sales and marketing experience in the software industry</li>
<li>In depth channel and field sales experience with understanding of cloud market business model</li>
<li>Strong presentation, communication and planning skills</li>
<li>Salesforce experience</li>
<li>Self-motivated with a high level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy</li>

Epitel

Mission: Create solutions as part of the Epitel product development and production teams through the application of Quality engineering skills for medical devices. Play an active role from product inception through product launch and maintenance, ensuring that products meet all design control and regulatory requirements. Develop processes to ensure product quality, oversee corrective and preventive actions, identify root causes of problems, and generate solutions. Senior Quality Engineer (Software/Cyber)

As the Business Development Representative, you will drive to be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities for our sales teams in the field of hosting, virtualization and cloud. The BDR will generate demand primarily via outbound prospecting into assigned accounts and territories. In addition, the BDR will use a spectrum of tactics including telephone, email, social media and chat. The BDR may also further qualify demand by using targeted prospects from a database or leads generated by marketing automation (MAP) platform based on the score assigned to the prospect. The goal of the BDR is to nurture the lead and set up a qualified appointment that ultimately convert to deals. Note that the position can be entirely remote.

WHAT YOU BRING
