Job Responsibility: ·         Ensure participation in technology Security project planning aligning with the requirement of business to achieve and ensure a secure operational platform. ·         Assist departments to identify, defining, and confirm the key threats to information assets and help them identify systems-related vulnerabilities &amp; threats (OS, Applications, DB &amp; network) and follow up with all the stakeholders to mitigate on-time·         Collaborate with a partner to integrate around 1000 devices with GSOC to ensure SOC monitoring from HQ and monitor the operations and resolve any issues of security tools like IPS, NTBA, PAM, SIEM, and DLP which is in total more than 20 individual components·         Provide L2 support during any incident and work as an incident manager, identify the root cause and mitigate accordingly, and conduct threat analysis and penetration testing.·         Ensure uptime of the security tools and proper alerting is in place for critical security nodes and stay available 24x7 in order to respond to the calls from the NOC team·         Facilitate and perform scheduled technical auditing (external and internal VAPT) of IT services &amp; Application nodes to identify the security gaps and  analyze the remediation·         Participate in the implementation of security awareness procedures and ensures communication to build security awareness across the company Required Academic Qualifications·           BSc in Computer Science / Electrical &amp; Electronics Engineering /Computer Engineering from any UGC Approved University·         Certifications like CEH, ECSA, OSCP, RHCE, CISSP, and Cloud certificationsRequired Experience ·        6-8 years of relevant experience Required Knowledge &amp; Skills ·          Sound knowledge of cyber vulnerability, threat intelligence, and its different mitigation strategies·         Sound knowledge and experience of penetration testing·         Knowledge and experience of threat hunting using related scripting and tools·         Knowledge of telecom Networks and Security systems will be added advantage·         Knowledge of AD, Linux/Unix/Windows OS ·         Practical knowledge in DNS, exchange, Database·         Hands-on knowledge of common security tools not limited to SIEM, PAMIf you are interested to pursue a career with us and you have the required experience &amp; skills, please apply with an updated CV on or before August 25, 2022.Banglalink, one of the leading digital communications service providers in Bangladesh with over 33 million subscribers, and a subsidiary of Netherlands based company VEON Ltd.Working at VEON demands a high standard of business ethics and adherence to our legal obligations, our values and our Code of Conduct and supporting compliance policies and procedures.
