AnaVation is seeking a Cyber Watch Officer to support our mission critical customer in Colorado Springs, CO.
<h3>Position Responsibilities Include:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for providing multi-agency 24x7x365 cybersecurity event monitoring and intermediate cyber threat analysis management.</li><li>Ideal candidate will have Watch experience supporting a Federal Cyber Center (FCC) such as Joint Forces Head Quarters (JFHQ) Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), or Intelligence Community Security Coordination Center (IC SCC). </li><li>Provide security monitoring, coordinate across multiple agency-specific Watch Officers, lead coordinated response process, report information to leadership to make risk-based recommendations. </li><li>This position has multiple work shifts to support 24/7/365 operations.</li></ul>
<h3>Required Qualifications:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.</li><li>Minimum of 4 years of related cybersecurity, watch officer, or incident response experience.</li><li>Familiarity with cyber security of Federal Government networks and operations.</li><li>Experience in cyber watch across both classified and unclassified networks.</li><li>IAT Level II Compliance (Security+, CCNA Security, SSCP, or equivalent).</li></ul>
<h3>Desired Qualifications:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with cyber security of Intelligence Community networks and operations.</li><li>Masters Degree</li></ul>

Dark Wolf Solutions is looking for an Information System Security Officer(ISSO) to lead the Assessment and Authorization (A&amp;A) for multiple mission systems for the Advanced Battle Management System. The ISSO will drive a Continuous Authority to Operate mindset across the mission area.
Responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Designs, tests, and implements secure operating systems, networks, security monitoring, tuning and management of IT security systems and applications, and incident response activities.</li>
<li>Obtain continuous authority to operate for the PaaS solution.</li>
<li>Work with customers to understand and obtain certification to field.</li>
<li>Conducts risk and vulnerability assessment at the network, system and application level. </li>
<li>Develops and implements security controls and formulates operational risk mitigations along with assisting in security awareness programs. </li>
<li>Involved in a wide range of security issues including architectures, firewalls, electronic data traffic, and network access. Researches, evaluates and recommends new security tools, techniques, and technologies and introduces them to the enterprise in alignment with IT security strategy. </li>
<li>Utilizes COTS/GOTS and custom tools and processes/procedures in order to scan, identify, contain, mitigate and remediate vulnerabilities, and intrusions. Assists in the implementation of the required government policy (i.e., NISPOM,ICD 503), and makes recommendations on process tailoring. </li>
<li>Performs analyses to validate established security requirements and to recommend additional security requirements and safeguards. </li>
<li>Supports the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&amp;E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results, and preparation of required reports. </li>
<li>Periodically conducts a review of each system's audits and monitors corrective actions until all actions are closed.</li>
<li>May support cyber metrics development, maintenance and reporting. </li>
<li>Provides briefings to senior staff and customers.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>9+ years of relevant experience</li>
<li>Prior performance in roles such as ISSO, ISSM, SCA or SAP IT Technical Director</li>
<li>Proficient in standard Assessment &amp; Authorization (A&amp;A) activities</li>
<li>Ability to comfortably and professionally interact with individuals at all levels of the organization</li>
<li>Superior ability to facilitate communication and coordination among federal partners, organizations, and working groups</li>
<li>Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities</li>
<li>B.A. or B.S. in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related discipline</li>
<li>DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level II Required</li>
<li>US Citizenship and at minimum active Secret security clearance required </li>
</ul>
Desired Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Proven ability to gain a continuous authority to operate</li>
<li>Experience with digital forensics, loss prevention, and eDiscovery are a plus</li>
<li>The following certifications are desired: Security+, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC</li>
<li>Ability to guide customers to obtain a certificate to field</li>
</ul>

Compensation Range: $100,000.00 - $148,000.00 (Dependent on experience)

Information System Security Officer(ISSO)

Flatiron School

As an Instructor, you will work with a cohort of students throughout the Cybersecurity Engineering Program from orientation to graduation. This role is based in our Colorado Springs campus location. You will be responsible for coordinating, preparing for and delivering key components of a student’s course structure, to include lectures, labs, one-on-one instruction and study groups. You will act as their go-to technical resource and subject matter expert as they work through the program. You’ll work with fellow faculty and staff to develop and deliver course material, troubleshoot curriculum issues, build community within our student body, and overall create productive, inspired, employable practitioners of a technical craft. You may assist in onboarding new instructors, participate in internal and external events, participate in strategic planning, substitute for absent peers or other instructors. The Instructor, Level II has expected work hours and may be attached to a specific work site.
The Instructor will:
Work directly with students as their dedicated leader for the course, elevating them to meet our technical bar:
<ul>
<li>Lecture on one or more of the course curriculum topics</li>
<li>Conduct hands on lab sessions with students daily to allow them to put lecture materials into practice to reinforce learning</li>
<li>Maintain the pace of the course: Keep students on track, monitor each individual’s progress, and design and implement learning or service interventions when students fall behind, in partnership with campus leadership</li>
<li>Work with external departments to constantly improve course curriculum, student matriculation and overall student success</li>
<li>Help students in real-time, through group or one-on-one meetings, chat, and live video conversations, tending towards the most high-fidelity experiences</li>
<li>Facilitate Education Operations in Flatiron School’s Learning Management System</li>
<li>Assign and review coursework by students and provide specific, highly qualitative and useful feedback</li>
<li>Lead projects helping students scope and execute larger technical projects to demonstrate mastery of each content module</li>
<li>Conduct assessments, holding students to a high bar of mastery for each content module and coaching them on how to deepen their understanding of the material</li>
<li>Monitor and engage in student discussions, jumping in to help with technical challenges and participating in non-technical conversations that develop community</li>
<li>Leverage passion as a force for motivation by sharing what you are passionate about with students and working those topics into lesson plans as appropriate</li>
