We are seeking a Corporate Information Security Analyst to ensure that security requirements set by laws, regulators, licensing bodies, security standards, customers and other interested parties are properly met. The role will guarantee that technical security controls are effective and address company wide security and data privacy risks by minimizing the probability and impact of security incidents.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Manage security &amp; data privacy technologies and contracts (DLP,MDM, SIEM, SOC, Antivirus,EDR etc.),</li>
<li>Analyze security incidents and propose countermeasures;</li>
<li>Work with Agile development project teams and provide security input,</li>
<li>Implement security projects and solutions;</li>
<li>Analyze new projects and services to provide the necessary security requirements and ensure security and privacy by design and by default as required by GDPR;</li>
<li>Provide expert advice and feedback to technology teams regarding secure development and secure system life-cycle requirements;</li>
<li>Ensure that security requirements are best defined within the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity plans;</li>
<li>Safeguard security programs and data handling are following applicable laws/regulations;</li>
<li>Guarantee that security risks are timely identified and mitigated to minimize the business disruption that could affect Company revenue and good regulatory standing.</li>
<li>Ensure that the design, specification, implementation and operation of information systems and networks conform to Company’s information security policy;</li>
<li>Manage and Update Enterprise Risk Management in order to raise and mitigate risks across all areas of operations.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>B.Sc./M.Sc. in Information Security or in a related field (Information Technology, Digital Systems, Applied Mathematics, etc);</li>
<li>Experience in Information Security;</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;</li>
<li>A track record of delivering projects;</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience in the field of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery;</li>
<li>Risk Identification and Management based on International Standards;</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of technology and IT industry, standards, current trends and best practices;</li>
<li>One or more out of the globally recognized information security professional certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, CIPM) is a plus.</li>

About you

We are seeking an experienced Physical Security Specialist who will assist the Information Security team, to ensure that Kaizen Gaming premises, across all geographic regions we operate in, are handled with ISO 27001 Compliant Physical Security Controls, using appropriate security measures that balance technology and man-guarding. The ideal candidate will be prepared to assume the following responsibilities as well as satisfy the following requirements.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Coordinate our Manguarding teams across our premises and manage possible incidents with appropriate escalation;</li>
<li>Accommodate meetings with management to resolve issues and assist in queries regarding Physical Security; </li>
<li>Manage the Physical access controls (CCTV, Access Control System, Access Cards) in place and assist in strengthening and automatising the detection and alerting mechanisms;</li>
<li>Keep up to date our Physical Security Policies and enrich them according to our growth and technological advancements in the field;</li>
<li>Manage 3rd party relationships with Physical Security Vendors (Manguarding, Maintenance of Security Controls, expansion projects);</li>
<li>Deliver the results of our efforts and build business cases to support requests for additional budget, new technologies and expansion of operations.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Experience in Physical Security (Operational/Design) for 5 or more years;</li>
<li>Physical Security Systems knowledge as well as basic knowledge of Computer tools to produce reports, documents and presentations;</li>
<li>Risk Identification and Management based on International Standards;</li>
<li>Incident Management experience in designing alerting mechanisms, appropriate escalation procedures and communication channels;</li>
<li>Good knowledge of English;</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; </li>
<li>Problem Solving skills and analytical thinking.</li>
