Required skills/qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Residing in the Middle East</li>
<li>Bilingual in Arabic and English</li>
<li>2+ Years of Technical Experience in the field of Cybersecurity is a must</li>
<li>Experience in teaching the basics of career development concepts and public speaking is an added plus</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of recruitment and headhunting skills. </li>
<li>English proficiency both written and spoken.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to lead and coach a group of students and build a strong community.</li>
<li>Familiarity with the GCC market’s general careers and employment map and characteristics. </li>
<li>Ability to assist Udacity students in identifying personal goals, developing leadership skills, and planning career moves.</li>
<li>Experience in quick resume and LinkedIn profiles screening.</li>
<li>Completion of one of Udacity Nanodegree programs is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication including PowerPoint presentations.</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Attend bi-weekly meetings with Udacity careers ops for discussing students’ progress.</li>
<li>Conduct webinars and/or sessions to deliver careers and initial freelancing experience to Udacity learners.</li>
<li>Support Udacity learners and build a strong sense of community through motivational posts, sharing your knowledge, sharing helpful articles, and answering students’ questions.</li>
<li>Support in increasing the program’s survey responses.</li>
<li>Occasionally assisting with hiring partners’ employment requests (announcements, filtration, and screening).</li>
</ul>

 Position overview:
Session Leads are industry professionals who provide world-class technical support to our learners in their Nanodegree journey. All our session leads are handpicked through a rigorous selection process so that we can truly be #studentfirst. As a Session Lead/Instructor, you will be meeting virtually on a weekly basis with your students for group work, activities and short lectures. During the week, students are expected to study an estimated 10 hours on their Nanodegree programs on their own, and you will be expected to respond to their technical questions and check-in with them to make sure they are making progress. 
Required skills/qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Residing in Middle East is a must</li>
<li>Bilingual in English &amp; Arabic Language</li>
<li>Technical competence: Cybersecurity Foundations, Defending and Securing Systems, Threats, Vulnerabilities, and Incident Response, Governance, Risk, and Compliance</li>
<li>2+ years of working experience related to the above skillsets.</li>
<li>Graduate from any of the Security courses/Nanodegree programs is an added plus</li>
<li>Experience teaching technical concepts and public speaking</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to lead a group of students</li>
<li>Students-oriented mindset and focus on understanding their problems</li>
<li>Innovative approach and proactivity with students that need help</li>

<li>Reporting to Udacity the weekly overall attendance status of students &amp; observations about each session</li>
<li>Being present at every Connect session over Zoom, helping students introduce themselves, organizing students in groups and keeping track of time</li>
<li>Explaining concepts of the Nanodegree program to your group of students when needed</li>
<li>Solving questions raised by students during the Connect session</li>
<li>Reporting student's attendance and progress to the Mentor's dashboard</li>
<li>Communicating with students on Slack</li>
<li>Weekly check-in with all students on their progress</li>
