Job Summary: As our Data Center Operations Manager, you’ll manage a team of Data Center Operations Technicians who maintain the data center IT environment 24x7x365 and ensure that all customer and internal server environments are secure, operational, and highly available.  You’ll deliver this through proactive performance management, assignment of responsibilities including projects and tasks, strengthening team engagement, utilization of 5S methodology, implementation of lean/continuous improvement practices and review of process compliance. Work Location: Onsite at our datacenter located in Ashburn, VA.
