This position requires an experienced professional to assist a lab manager to maintain a HW lab cleaned and organized, execute PCB rework and test, and construct cable harnesses and fixtures.
Duties, Skills, and Responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience on PCB soldering, jumper wiring and doing rework instructions
- Able to replace components down to 0201 size and QFN packages
- Able to use a range of power and hand tools in the assembly of ECUs, harnesses, test fixtures and racks
- Basic understanding of analog/digital circuits
- Ability to work with schematics, and PCB layouts, and troubleshoot down to component level
- Expertise using cadence allegro viewer and Microsoft windows programs
- Effective communicator that uses teamwork to build relationships, embrace diversity and help achieve collective success.
- Quality focused
Advantageous Experience and Skills
- Experience using oscilloscopes, power supplies and DMMs
- Basic knowledge in High Speed measurements/Setups
- Boundary scan testing
- JTAG programing
- Certifications is a plus
- Knowledge in infotainment devices for automotive industry
Educational Requirement
- Associates degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
