We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our global Marketing Operations team. You will be responsible for the creation, execution, and optimization of automated marketing programs to develop qualified sales leads and create brand awareness. In this role, you will support field and product marketing, working with regional marketing managers to gather requirements and understand campaign strategy to effectively design, develop, test and deploy automated campaigns. You will also be responsible for handling Marketo administrative tasks such as monitoring email deliverability and data governance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
<ul>
<li>Work with campaign managers and regional marketing managers to gather requirements and translate business needs into the technical execution of campaigns through our automation platform (Marketo).</li>
<li>Hands-on development and execution of marketing campaigns including campaign flow builds, emails, landing pages, forms creation as well as testing and reporting with Marketo.</li>
<li>Work alongside of Salesforce.com team to ensure marketing and sales data are sync’ed between systems and field mappings are setup properly meet ongoing and new requirements.</li>
<li>Create, implement and maintain dashboard of key success metrics.</li>
<li>Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI and sales.</li>
</ul>
WHAT YOU BRING
<ul>
<li>2+ years’ of experience working with a Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms, as well as CRM platforms such as Salesforce.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of marketing technologies and industry best practices.</li>
<li>Functional understanding of the campaign management process, attribution, measurement, and marketing funnel management.</li>
<li>Knowledge of HTML/CSS for marketing email creation and an intermediate level of skills with JavaScript.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle.</li>
<li>Marketo Certification is a strong plus.</li>
<li>Experience within the technology industry preferred but not mandatory.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Degree in Marketing, Business, or IT ispreferred, and MBA degree is a strong plus.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities, projects, resources.</li>
<li>Fluent English</li>

As the Infrastructure Expert Support Engineer, you will drive to function as the main support technical expert in specific Company’s products or services. Be the person responsible for resolving the customers’ technical incidents using your own expertise and extensive cooperation with the Company’s Engineering departments. Craft solutions, submit bug reports, coordinate complex tasks with other teams (Engineering, QA, DCO, Product Management), communicate with the customers to their complete satisfaction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
<ul>
<li>Become a technical expert in cloud and hybrid datacenter solutions created by Acronis, including software defined high performance storage and compute clusters, disaster recovery infrastructure and managing complex environments during failover and failback operations</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve various technical incidents for Acronis customers and partners</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners</li>
<li>Interact with the Engineering (Development, QA, Data Center Operations, etc.) and Business (Professional Services, Product Management, etc.) departments to efficiently resolve complex technical customer issues</li>
<li>Training and mentoring junior team members by sharing technical expertise and best communication practices</li>
<li>Participate in developing documentation, knowledge base, and technical articles on Acronis‘ products</li>
</ul>
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)
<ul>
<li>Fluent English (both written and verbal). Additional languages are a plus</li>
<li>Advanced technical expertise in:
<ul>
<li>Linux OS - advanced hands-on experience with administration and troubleshooting of various Linux OS flavors (Red Hat Certified System Administrator as a baseline)</li>
<li>Networks – traffic inspection, routing and bandwidth analysis; experience with setup of services like DHCP, DNS, L2TP/IPSEC/Open VPN including high availability configurations</li>
<li>Private Cloud - deploying and managing any of various enterprise-grade virtualization and/or container solutions such as, VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, KVM, Virtuozzo, Kubernetes</li>
<li>Good communication skills and customer service focus</li>
<li>Passion for troubleshooting and ability to come up with efficient solutions for unordinary issues</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
Would be considered plus if you have:
<ul>
<li>Windows OS - administration and troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Public Cloud – management and troubleshooting of public cloud solutions like Google, Amazon, Azure</li>
<li>Business applications - deployment and troubleshooting of Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, Citrix XenApp  </li>
