<b>About the Role </b>Regional CE Manager (Partnership and Visibility) oversees visibility and partnership in the regions which aims to hack growth for focused products. He/she is analytical and creative at the same time, and always looking for growth opportunities. This role combines deep consumer understanding, data analytics, and project management. <h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul><ul><li>Responsible for driving consumer engagement focus areas in terms of Partnership and Visibility in which will deliver POI domination, POS merchants branding, standard package that will deliver District target completed orders and active users.</li><li>Creating consumer engagement strategy and plan according to local insight, merchants branding &amp; POI domination and HQ driven initiative amplifications for the region. </li><li>Overseeing completed order transaction and MTU achievement vs target in regular basis, immediate actions to fill the gap if any .</li><li>Manage regional/local insight generation for idea creation, translating into key actionable initiatives to build relevance with local residences.</li><li>Be counterpart of HQ Product Marketing team and responsible to translate all strategies into actions.</li></ul></ul><h3>What You Will Need</h3><ul><ul><li>Bachelor degree from top university or  any well-known universities from each region) or abroad with GPA &gt; 3.2 or equivalent</li><li>Preferably majoring in Marketing Management or Business</li><li>At least 5 years of working experience in marketing</li><li>Solid experience in handling ATL and BTL marketing</li><li>Good understanding of local knowledge &amp; demonstrate excellent in Digital Marketing Campaign</li><li>Able to teach related Consumer Engagement knowledge to all CE team</li><li>Easily adapt to change, shows flexibility, prioritisation, organisation and time management skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal flexibility and strong team management skills</li></ul></ul><b>About the Team </b>Regional CE Manager (Partnership and Visibility) or RCEM works as a center of excellence for partnerships and increasing potential visibility in respective regions. He/she will collaborate intensively with District Head to drive consumers and win their perception.
