Job Description:
<ul>
<li>Working alongside Engineering teams to design Security into Product(s)</li>
<li>Conducting code and design reviews for product teams, tools and services</li>
<li>Ensure a secure development lifecycle including threat modeling, static and dynamic code testing, vulnerability scanning and penetration testing</li>
<li>Create and publish tools to help fix security challenges at scale</li>
<li>Translate customer and internal user needs into clear, well-defined functional and technical requirements backed by data analysis and deep understanding of the platform security landscape. </li>
<li>Interface closely with Analytics/Science, Design, Engineering and IT Operations leaders to define scope, review and refine technical capabilities, prioritize projects for release, and define new opportunities </li>
<li>Work with architects and development leaders to design an appropriate forward-leaning security posture for our internal systems and deployed platforms</li>
<li>Stay current with security compliance, standards and regulations </li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Masters or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.</li>
<li>5+ years experience with dynamic application security testing, static application security testing, fuzzing, and secure coding patterns</li>
<li>2+ years experience with cloud security with AWS, Azure, and / or GCP</li>
<li>Proven ability to investigate the impact of security engineering challenges</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of web application, cloud security, and IoT security obstacles</li>
<li>Demonstrate ability to recognize vulnerabilities and exploit them</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Hands on delivery from inception to completion</li>
<li>Capable of writing production code and fixes for multiple codebases in at least Java, Python, GO or C++.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Proficiency with security concepts involving Kubernetes tooling like helm, kubectl, kustomize, kpt and others.</li>
<li>Experience securing CI/CD pipelines in Kubernetes environments </li>
<li>Experience security in IOT and Device management systems </li>
<li>Experience with PKI and Certificate services.</li>
<li>Experience with GCP or AWS with focus on security</li>
