WHAT YOU'LL DO
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with product managers, developers, and architects to thoroughly understand business and technical requirements, translating them into comprehensive test strategies. </li>
<li>Lead the development of automated test scripts, ensuring scalability and reliability across multiple features and systems. </li>
<li>Build and maintain robust test automation frameworks that streamline testing processes and enhance test coverage. </li>
<li>Integrate automated tests seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous quality validation throughout the development lifecycle. </li>
<li>Work closely with manual QA engineers to identify test cases suitable for automation, transitioning them into efficient automated workflows. </li>
<li>Mentor and train manual testers in automation tools, guiding them on how to write, execute, and maintain automated tests, promoting a shift towards automation-focused testing. </li>
<li>Collect and analyze detailed data for bug investigation, providing actionable insights to facilitate root cause analysis and resolutions. </li>
<li>Drive the investigation and resolution of customer-reported issues by performing in-depth analysis and leading discussions with R&amp;D teams. </li>
<li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement in testing methodologies and automation practices within the team.</li>
</ul>
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in QA automation, with a strong focus on test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipeline integration. </li>
<li>Proven track record in developing and maintaining automated test scripts for complex systems and features. </li>
<li>Hands-on experience with building and optimizing automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestCafe, Playwright, Cypress, PyTest). </li>
<li>Proficient in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript with the ability to write and maintain test automation scripts. </li>
<li>Solid understanding of API testing, performance testing, and load testing. </li>
<li>Strong experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) to integrate automated testing into the software delivery pipeline. </li>
<li>Experience in mentoring and training manual QA engineers on automation tools and practices. </li>
<li>Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and QA processes. </li>
<li>Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, architects) to deliver high-quality products.</li>

Senior QA Automation Engineer (SDET)

<li>Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently</li>
<li>Preferably a degree in computer science or equivalent engineering education</li>
