As the Cloud Partner Success Manager you will bring experience in Account Management and have a passion for Data Protection and Cyber Security. You will work as part of the Inside Sales Channel Management organization and be aligned with a portfolio of service providers utilizing Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud. Your main goals as the Cloud PSM will be to drive drive Annual recurring revenue growth through account planning with dedicated partners, increase adoption of new services, retain a partner, and create a best-in-class partner experience which is the key differentiator of Acronis.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

<li>Make a territory analysis and plan for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners.</li>
<li>Align with Acronis Cloud Distributors for joint activities for channel enablement</li>
<li>Activate and enable new partners with Acronis sales and marketing tools and programs</li>
<li>Drive successful upsell \ cross-sell initiatives so partner</li>
<li>Make partners sell Acronis services to an existing customer base of the partner, attract new customers to partner, and help to retain existing customers to partner</li>
<li>Train new partners with existing and new products</li>
<li>Develop relationships with key decision-makers on the partner side</li>
<li>Support new partners on a daily basis on business and technology development</li>
<li>Engage Acronis pre sales and Technical support teams</li>
<li>Key KPIs: Total Revenue from signed partners, churn rate, number of Acronis services sold through the partner</li>

WHAT YOU BRING
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in cloud partner account management, specifically selling cybersecurity solutions to the MSP market</li>
<li>Channel sales\ Partner account manager \ Channel development position within a software vendor</li>
<li>In-depth channel and field sales experience with an understanding of the cloud market business model</li>
<li>Strong presentation, communication, and planning skills</li>
<li>Salesforce experience</li>
<li>Self-motivated with a high level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high level of accuracy</li>

Cloud Partner Success Manager

The Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for improving global internal communications, which includes employee communications, executive communications, town hall internal training, and diversity initiatives. The goal of this role is to engage employees and deliver consistent internal messaging about company performance and strategy. The Internal Communications Specialist will report directly to the Senior Communication Specialist.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
<ul>
<li>Internal Communications Content: Plan, edit, and write internal company communications across email, intranet, and Teams platforms.</li>
<li>Department Internal Communications: Develop internal assets and communications materials for key stakeholders in multiple different departments within the organization, including HR, Marketing, and Sales teams.</li>
<li>Executive Communications Support: Support the executive team with internal communications related to Townhalls, internal events, presentations, and email updates.</li>
<li>Content: Work frequently with written and visual content to ensure company strategic goals are communicated effectively. Including: Editing written content submitted by other departments, editing scripts for video content, and providing briefing materials to executives.</li>
<li>Townhalls: Lead content and execution of quarterly Global Townhall and region-based Q&amp;A sessions with local teams.</li>
<li>Engagement Activities: Provide content and support planning of employee engagement activities including Acronis #CyberDiversity.</li>
<li>Internal Events: Lead internal events initiatives, including virtual manager training and team-building activities.</li>
<li>Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with the Social Media and Internal Communications manager and senior managers.</li>
<li>Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the creative team of designers.</li>
<li>Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly, with a readiness to explore opportunities for communication improvements.</li>
<li>Polish presentations in collaboration with the executive team and design team.</li>

WHAT YOU BRING
Key skills:
<ul>
<li>Writing skills: You need excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from employees.</li>
<li>Creative skills: You need the creative ability to devise communication strategies.</li>
<li>Digital skills: Familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication, is essential.</li>
<li>Interpersonal skills: You need good interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to collaborate across departments, particularly Marketing, Sales, and HR teams.</li>
<li>Presentation skills: You need a good knowledge of quality presentation design and the ability to update presentations quickly.</li>
<li>Skills with the Figma platform are a bonus, but not required.</li>

Relevant experience:

The Distribution Account Manager position is responsible for managing the strategic relationships and driving our revenue and demand generation activity with Pax8. The Account Manager will work in close collaboration with the category and sales managers at the partner with the specific objective of increasing Acronis’ revenue, customer base and market share within that partner’s business. The Distribution Account Manager role is ideal for a top seller with strong strategic and tactical sales management skills. REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience managing national and/or regional Channel Partners.</li>
<li>8+ years of total channel sales/account management experience.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>Ability to sell through others and high-energy personality to deliver results, both in terms of the quality and quantity or revenues.</li>
<li>A deep understanding of managed &amp; unmanaged resellers, retailers and system builders, service providers and hosters, and other partner types within the Acronis ecosystem.</li>
<li>Proven history of attaining annual revenue targets through a partner territory of $2M to $5M+.</li>
<li>Strong infrastructure/systems/storage software or cloud services sales experience.</li>
<li>Solid strategic business development, planning and acumen, along with strong tactical implementation sales skills.</li>
<li>Strong executive presence, since this person will be the key single point of contact for executive communication and issue delegation from Acronis to our top partners and top partner executives.</li>
<li>Ability to navigate all altitudes within the partner org, from executives, line managers and individual sellers to marketers and specialists.</li>
<li>Excellent Channel Sales forecasting and modeling skills.</li>
<li>Ability to develop, implement, execute and manage an annual channel partner business plan.</li>
