<b>About the Role</b>Roll up your sleeves and climb on board if you're ready to be our next Branch Manager based in Serang. The Branch Manager is fully accountable to build, grow business in the Branch of Gojek. The responsibility will range from operations, sales and also marketing. You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams; and develop strong relationships with the government, merchants, associations, and various communities as well. We are in charge of maintaining a holistic view of Gojek within the District team, constantly striving better to understand the Region's issues from the ground up and provide tech-based solutions and actionable steps forward. We also collaborate with internal (Product Management and other cross-functional teams) and external (driver-partners, merchant-partners, and customers) stakeholders to keep a holistic view of Gojek. We strive to understand the Region's issues and work to solve them with on-point actions and deliverables. Lastly, we ensure our platform is at the top of consumers' minds while improving our partner's lives( drivers and merchants) and their experiences using our services.In the past, our team has worked on projects predominantly surrounding our driver-partners - their experiences using our services, their life cycle, their engagement with the company, and growing our driver-partner family, among other things. One of our favorite projects was collaborating with the Gojek foundation to hand out scholarships to some of our driver-partners. <b>About the Role</b>They say no man is an island - a notion that holds particularly true for this role. As our CE Associate, you’ll be an instrumental cog in the Jabodetabek Consumer Engagement team) wheel of Gojek that directly impacts the company’s brand awareness and activation. Collaborating with marketing and regional team, your main objective will be to drive consumer engagement through creating mall partnership (Jakarta and Bodetabek) strategy and plan according to local insight in the region. You will have ample opportunity to flex your analytical and creative skill at the same time, and deep consumer understanding, skills, and dive deep into projects surrounding looking for growth opportunities by tailoring local insight into partnership strategy), collectively getting us even closer to engage more consumer.<h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul><ul><li>Support District Head for driving consumer engagement focus areas in terms of engagement, partnership with local POI, mall in which will deliver POI domination, POS merchants branding, standard package that will deliver Region target completed orders and active users.</li><li>Creating consumer engagement strategy and plan according to local insight, merchants branding &amp; POI domination and HQ driven initiative amplifications for the region. </li><li>Overseeing completed order transaction and MTU achievement vs target in regular basis, immediate actions to fill the gap if any </li><li>Manage regional/local insight generation for idea creation, translating into key actionable initiatives to build relevance with local residences.</li></ul></ul><h3>What You Will Need</h3><ul><ul><li>Bachelor degree from top university or  any well-known universities from each region) or abroad with GPA &gt; 3.2 or equivalent</li><li>Preferably majoring in Marketing Management or Business</li><li>At least 3-4 years of working experience in marketing</li><li>Solid experience in partnership</li><li>Good understanding of local knowledge &amp; demonstrate excellent in Digital Marketing Campaign</li><li>Able to teach related Consumer Engagement knowledge to all CE team</li><li>Easily adapt to change, shows flexibility, prioritisation, organisation and time management skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal flexibility and strong team management skills</li></ul></ul><b>About the Team</b>Our Regional Consumer Engagement team is a family of 17 people based in Indonesia, specifically in Jabodetabek region. We oversee all things and act as a center of excellence for partnerships and increasing potential visibility in respective region POI or malls and work to create (consumer engagement and brand awareness. It’s our job to ensure that all engagement activities run seamlessly. One of the biggest challenges we had to face is to ensure gojek domination is consistent across Jabodetabek region. We eventually resolved it by doing close coordination with HQ and the regional team. Currently, we’re busy at work on various projects, including one about POI domination, merchants branding.While our team is based all over the region, we’re a tight-knit group who are bonded by two things: consumer, and customer 🙌. You'll play a critical role in executing sales strategy, maintaining current merchant-partner campaigns, as well as building and strengthening relationships with merchant networks here (including regular visits upon assigned leads!). The Merchant Engagement and Sales Support team will be your companions on this ride. You will get ample opportunity to flex and utilize your excellent business sense and market knowledge.
