Sr. Test Technician, ECU

If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.We are currently seeking a Sr. Test Technician, ECU to execute the ECU (Electronic Control Unit) Manufacturing Test and Software Updates in our Arizona locations. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

You will

• Execute the ECU (Electronic Control Unit) Manufacturing Test and Software Updates in our Arizona locations
• Hands-on testing and troubleshooting of the ECU updating program and tests
• Data collection and reporting of daily tasks and program runs

You bring

• Experience in an Operations or Engineering, specifically complex manufacturing testing stations
• Be proficient in general office PC programs and equipment monitoring systems
• Critical thinking skills to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated issues
• Working knowledge of Windows test environments; in-house, NI TestStand, scripting or other related SW
• Experience with high volume consumer products or electro-mechanical products, Automotive Electronics experience a plus.
• Hands-on experience in test equipment such as power supplies, cabling, voltmeter, etc.
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, ever changing environments
• Experience in Linux a plus
• Must be detail oriented
• Experience with data collection, analysis, testing, and documentation
• High School diploma, plus some technical training required, BS degree not required
• MINIMUM of 5+ years hands manufacturing line or Engineering testing required
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
