Sr. Manager, Security Incident Response

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution to build a world-class security incident response program.
• Brief executive leadership on emerging threats and ongoing security incidents.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders at Snowflake to deliver a successful incident response program.  
• Develop and track incident response specific metrics to measure the program performance and maturity; provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with other technical teams at Snowflake to build a shared incident response framework.
• Ensure Snowflake incident response procedures, tools, and capabilities are best-in-class.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• 6+ years in a management role in cybersecurity
• 10+ years experience in security incident response
• Desire and passion to build a modern, scalable incident response program
• Demonstrated experience in building and scaling an incident response program
• Strong understanding of incident response in the cloud
• Experience working in hyper-growth companies 
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
• Exceptional leadership skills, able to lead, manage and grow a globally distributed team 
• Ability to work with a cross-functional set of stakeholders at all management levels
• Excellent ability to communicate in writing and verbally
