If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.We are currently seeking a Sr. Manager, ECU Engineering Operations to join our ECU team.  This position requires taking ownership of the all the internal ECU Engineering Operations and CM management. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. The Role

    • Take ownership of the all the internal ECU Engineering Operations and CM management.
    • Head a cross functional team for the production of Lucid’s internal ECUs at our contract manufacturers and JDM partners.
    • Lead the Quality, Capacity, Test, Material, and Planning functions to deliver our ECUs on time and with quality.
    • Manage, drive all ECU CM related escalations to resolutions.
    • Embed yourself in the daily running of the CMs, RFQ process and new site qualification and bring up.
    • Work on cost reductions through identifying cost opportunities, efficiencies, negotiations and quarterly business reviews.
    • Continually analyze data to identify optimization opportunities and implement process improvements.
    • Communicate to management regularly on status, issues and solutions, improvement plans, program status and process recommendations.
    • ECR/ECO Process management and implementation for responsible area.
    • Up to 10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

    • Operational management role in an outsource Operations Supply chain in Asian, Mexico’s and EU.
    • Background in high volume consumer products, electro-mechanical products, Automotive Electronics experience is preferred.
    • Proven success cost reduction and quality improvements.
    • Demonstrated collaboration working at a cross functional ownership working with Engineering and Operations
    • Asian ODM/CM experience a must.
    • Previous SMT and Manufacturing Test knowledge required.
    • Education, Minimum requirements, and soft skills:
    • Engineering (SW, EE, or related) Bachelor’s degree required
    • Minimum of 10 years hands on Management experience
    • Minimum 5 years managing people
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Experience working with multiple organizations across different cultures and regions
    • Excellent communication skills (writing and oral)
