Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.Job Description:Atlassian is looking for an experienced analyst relations practitioner with a deep understanding of the industry analyst landscape and strong relationships with either IT, Software Development, or Collaboration analyst influencers. You will join the Atlassian analyst relations program to drive execution of the company’s AR strategy and partner with key stakeholders across the business to deliver results. As a key member of the Analyst Relations team you will play an important role in shaping how we execute, measure and ultimately build a nimble, effective, and modern AR function that matches Atlassian unique business model. You’ll be part of a global communications team, reporting to the Head of Analyst Relations and partnering with communications, marketing, product and corporate teams across the business.
Key responsibilities include:Create, nurture, and manage positive relationships with industry analysts, serving as a key, centralized contact point and connector.Work with designated product marketing managers and product teams to execute an AR program that influences, educates, and secures endorsements from leading analysts in our most important topic areas.Develop and implement an analyst relations program to support communications and marketing initiatives with analyst research and industry validation including timely updates, analyst inquiry, research services, and field education programs.Act as an advisor on how the analyst firms can contribute to marketing campaigns and internal understanding of the markets and competitors.Manage a data-driven and measurement-rich analyst relations program including:Maintaining an analyst knowledge base that tracks the most relevant and influential global analysts, strategic research reports, and their interactions with global media, financial markets, and customers.Monitoring analyst research agenda and coverage, and creating a forward-looking research and engagement calendar. Cataloging research and our responses to serve as a history, learning reference, and reliable source of curated research responses. Project managing, preparing submissions and presentations, and assisting with contributed stories, press releases, quotes, and case studies.
More about you:On your first day, we'd love you to have:Minimum of 5 years of experience in business-to-business analyst relations, preferably for another Fortune 500 tech firm.Ability to execute and run analyst relations programs.Experience influencing key decision-makers and analysts' research agenda.Solid experience with major and boutique analyst firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, 451 Research, etc.).An eye for simplifying sophisticated topics and technologies to their essence, and the curiosity and aim to discover share-worthy information.Experience collaborating cross-functionally and across global geographies with remote colleagues and partners.Great communications skills, with a love for collecting and sharing salient content from internal and external sources.High energy and the ability to be scrappy and multi-task to prioritize high impact projects and juggle urgent inbound requests with ease.
